Quaint little room, living room, kitchen and full bathroom. The decor was cute and fitting for the location. It was a little cramped but we also had three people there so we brought that on ourselves ?. The only reason I gave four stars on the room category is because there was hair on the mattress when we pulled down the comforter. The soap dispenser in the shower is a great feature, but I recommend unclogging them! Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great location , beautiful rooms .. valet is a little expensive and they definitely need more help on busy weekends . Getting to the pool from the other building is a little of a hassle. Towel should be available on the pool deck not the 1st floor

We stayed here for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived to when we left. This really is a five star hotel in our opinion. The decor in the hotel is amazing. Totally recommend!

The trip started terribly. Earlier that day, we called to let the hotel know we wouldn’t be checking in until after midnight. They said no problem and that we had already mentioned it previously. We got there only to be told, by the absolute rudest person to work a front desk ever, that if we didn’t have the card we reserved the room with SEVEN months ago, we couldn’t check in. (It was 1:00 in the morning and no manager was available). The card we confirmed with was replaced, as many cards are, so we were told to go find another hotel for the night. By the way, no where in our reservation agreement did it say we needed the same exact card, nor has that ever been a thing in any other hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We drove around for 30 minutes and managed to find a place willing to accommodate us, with absolute best person to work a front desk. We returned the next day and the manager removed the charge for the night we weren’t allowed to stay and was very kind, but it was hard to let go of the awful first experience. The person working overnight wasn’t just rude to us, they were rude to everyone, including a few days later, when late at night, another guest asked about the valet. All this to say, regardless of the hotel’s inane policy about the credit card, it all could’ve been resolved if a manager was available and the person at the front desk wasn’t terrible to the guests.

Much better than I expected. Everyone very friendly. Now that after the pandemic, I still don't understand why hotels in general don't clean the rooms like before. I liked the xp. I recommend it
