My experience with Classic Collision in Hollywood was exceptional, thanks to Sal! He not only repaired my bumper on my 2019 Honda Accord in less than two days but also provided a complimentary car wash. The service was prompt, and my car now looks pristine. I highly recommend Classic Collision for their top-notch auto repair and customer service!!

This place did an amazing job repairing my car. I dropped off my car Wednesday afternoon and it was ready for pick up on Friday afternoon. Sal has been very helpful and professional. Everyone at Classic Collision was awesome. Amanda kept me up to date every step of the repair process. I had a very tight time frame before I move up north and Sal made sure our car was ready with plenty of time to get the care packed for our journey. Amanda and Sal made this whole unfortunate incident completely stress free. I am so appreciative and grateful for Classic Collision!

This place is pretty phenomenal. I got into a minor crash and had to choose a place via State Farm’s website, and this one was closest to me and most highly recommended. They did NOT disappoint! They called me every other day with updates about my car and offered to keep my rental car when I dropped it off. Once I came to pick my car up, I found a few little “beauty marks” from the new paint job and they fixed it- right away & free of charge! If you can, ask for Sal. He’s the MAN!

After an accident I chose Classic Collision Hollywood for the repairs and though they weren’t my first choice, initially, let me tell you if anyone else needs someone or their old faithful is backed up for two months, you can trust Sal!I did have a great experience but I have no intentions on coming back, I highly recommend.They were quick, kept me updated on the repairs, and had great customer service. Sal and the team did amazing job and though only two days later from picking up my car, it’s still looking good and driving like nothing happened. They even cleaned the inside!!! Thank you team and I do apologize about the mess.

I just want to say I’ve never been so please with the service I received the Classic collision I’m a realtor and I know how important it is to get first class service. Amanda was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and kindness. I would recommend this company to anybody as per Sal. It was amazing. He made a promise to me that I would have my car back between Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and he honored his promise. Thank you to all of you. Two times on this place the color was applied to the bumper was diferente to the car color .Nice team but horrible service. Days waiting for the service to be finished and the date that i was picking up the car i have to call of on my work because the car was not ready at the time they told me making me to wait for hours.

These guys are so accommodating! After going by ahead of time, friendly Amanda ordered the parts I needed for my repair, Told me I could come in on my lunch hour for a fast install. I got there, they greeted me by name at the door and I got the VIP treatment! Sal took the car in immediately and got me "in and out" very quickly and I was back to work in a flash.. If only every experience was like this! Thanks again, guys! ~ SA

Slow service, never on time , always delayed in repairs and delivery dates , I wouldn’t recommend them unless you don’t need your vehicle for months and months

I rented from them and their enterprise division. I ended up going to the collision portion and found out I was in the wrong place. The Mechanic said, don’t worry I’ll drive you over there. Great guy. And the girl name Mariana was wonderful and helped me out and got me a car.
