Recently I contacted City Electric Supply for an electrical part, and the customer service experience was over the top! Dustin was helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist. And when we visited the store, it was evident why clients gravitated to him for help; he was knowledgable, welcoming, and took time to answer questions and make recommendations. Excellent service is rare; thankfully this shop have some great folks with that very quality and acumen. Thanks again Dustin!

Make sure that what you buy is what you need, because even if the manager (Mike Baruch) tells you that you can bring it back, if you do come back he'll point at the sign that says “no refunds, all sales final†even if he made no mention of that previously. “You're lucky I'm even taking it back†he says. Last dollar I ever spend at a City Electric Supply.

David of Dovis Plumbing responded promptly to my call and listened with his skill, experience and knowledge to formulate an estimate and plan of attack to solve my plumbing troubles. He was so correct in his proposal and so efficient in his work, that he solved these problems in a single day. David brought professional skill, knowledge and experience and a personal work ethic that was so admired.
