Their customer service sucks. Always busy and never respond. The virtual assistant when you call them annoys you and never lets you talk to anybody, always asks for personal information and other irrelevant staff. It's impossible to speak with them on the phone

The absolute WORST bank ever Nobody in this branch is pleasant to deal with. All angry low quality employees. They all seem miserable each and every time my husband and I attempt to do any banking transaction .However, I clearly understand why :The branch manager Justo Robles is a lazy, arrogant, mean spirited individual who certainly doesn't deserve his position.How he got his job is suspicious in itself and a real mystery. He must have some connections with some big wig at Citi.Justo Robles is nasty, lazy, mean and condescending and it is clearly evident that he detests his job since he can't stand dealing with customersThe teller Diego Di Meco is a socially inept misery as well. He is void of any personality and has zero customer service skills.He has no sense of humor, never cracks a smile and it's so obvious he hates being there as well.It seems he's trying to emulate his boss, Justo. He has certainly succeeded , that's for sure !!!The fact remains that it always starts from the top:Bad management , bad employeesIf you decide to bank here you will be mistreated, verbally abused, and patronized by insignificant, miserable people who know absolutely nothing at all about customer service. Their behavior is utterly deplorableCiti needs to clean house and get all new people in this branch or they should close down this location for sure.Robles must go and all his underlings as wellIt's a nightmare banking here for each and every customer every single timeStay away from this branch unless you enjoy being treated like dirt by miserable people*** Look at the response from someone named "FRED" who probably doesn't even work for Citi (Probably some outside contractor for Citi in some call center in the Philippines)Fred's reply states that he will let the branch know !!! Are you kidding me !!! Who the hell are you Fred ? Did you even read my review in its entirety ? You are obviously another incompetent, inept Citi affiliate.The problem IS THE BRANCH, FRED ! Let corporate know and upper management know what's going on. Worst customer service. To make a deposit for your company, if you don't have an account you will be treated in the worst way. Asking for private information, irrelevant information and ID to deposit monies into the account. Questioned and treat poorly. To do business for your company. If you don't have an account with them you will hate coming and if you do you will come to complain of the treatment of your employees being harassed, which doesn't help. For Deposits for a few hundred is overkill. And even then, why do business here if you cant have employees go without complaining and not wanting to come back.Don't open an account and don't do business here. To the point I look for another location to do deposit and will drive 9 miles to another branch vs walking to this one. Get your house in order Citi or close you house.

I will be a priority client of Citibank. On November 18, my car was scratched in the parking lot of City Bank Hollywood No. 47. The branch manager refused to give me any help in identifying the vandal. I spent several hours calling the bank to get assistance and never got it. In view of such a low level of service, there are doubts about the expediency of finding and keeping money in the City Bank.
I am a Priority client of Citibank. On November 18, my car was scratched in the parking lot of City Bank Hollywood No. 47. The branch manager refused to provide me with any assistance in identifying the vandal. I spent several hours calling the bank to get assistance and never received it. Due to such a low level of service, doubts arise about the advisability of finding and keeping money safe at City Bank.

Very bad attention
The Latin cashier, refused to speak in Spanish and had a bad way of serving, I was there for 1 hour and they couldn't solve my problem
