I haven't seen such a disgusting customer service in any other bank. I came to the second branch of the bank today. I wanted to open a bank account. I was registered as a visitor and in 10 minutes invited to the bank employee. But this bank employee was waiting for another client and he had another client for this time. I was just kicked out, saying that all the staff are busy and I have to go to some other bank branch. now I am fully sure that the bank who can not deal with the schedule of work of their employees in any case can not be trusted with money.
Even if it's the last Bank in the country and I'll never open their account

Garbages filled to the top very dirty. They have a greeter at the front door with her hands behind her back, you’d think she sees the garbage spilling all over in the lobby.

I have been several tChase, but this one in Sheridan St., Hollywood is the worst bank ever you never go there like to make you feel happy and comfortable to deposit your money to get your money. They always have a bad attitude like they they don’t wanna serve you. why you there for ,to work or just to sit down they always don’t want do this, they don’t want do that, but they all sitting there and talking to each other .they have a bad customer service. They need to fix it only the chase and the Sheridan Street is like that.

Worst bank ever ! As a private client customer you can’t even call the bank to talk to someone anymore and when you have to drive there to see if there is a notary they don’t have one … Chase has become a zero service bank sadly

I just made a deposit of over $200 in the ATM. The ATM took my money and didn’t even give me a receipt. It told me to call a one 800 number that was closed. This ATM is always broken.
