Regional manager was dismissive and did not take my credit card fraud case seriously. Went in to try and get a credit card application that someone fraudulently opened in my name cancelled and he was dismissive about the issue saying there was nothing they can do to cancel it in their own system.

I am out of state and tried for hours to contact them. It always goes to the 800 number no matter which option. I tried them all. The 800 number can't help; they tell me it has to be handled at the branch.I worked on this for the last two months, mailing documents.Now I get the name, you'll be chasing them forever. After 20+ years I'm leaving and I'm sure they don't care.

This location is also incompetent of assisting clients for accounts. There is no personal Bankers able to be met with you have appointment scheduled out for over a week so therefore you're not able to assist the walk-in client and business needs of others. You have not staffed this location appropriately with the tools and Technology to be a successful.

Went in this afternoon to get further information on my Chase bank account. When I walked in, I was greeted kindly by the security, which was the only notable thing from my experience here.what I needed to get done was only going to take about 5 to 10 minutes and The branch manager came over and mentioned to me that all of his bankers were fully booked for the rest of the day/week and to look at other branches for appointments.I told him that I was interested in getting on the waitlist and that I would swing by next door to make time for what I was going to be waiting in the branch in order to be assisted he said that he would give me a call when it was my turn- I never received a phone call and I just got the vibe from him or any of his bankers to help anybody given that there was only one of the customer in the store & when I walked in the branch manager was mingling with another colleague. I have been banking with Chase since 2019 and he could’ve easily helped me out. Very disappointed in my experience here which I have never had with chase bank but seems like no one here wanted to work today.

This bank makes me so angry. Charging fees horrible at notifying you and refuses to answer the phone in the morning. Put your money somewhere else. They don’t offer high yield savings either. A horrible choice for your money they will make money off you and give nothing back for it. Worst bank ever

I have never reviewed on yelp before but I had to do for this Chase. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched truly! From the managers to the tellers to the security guard who does absolutely nothing it's terrible service all around. I had an issue with funds not being available when CHASE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE. Instead of explaining the situation they were completely dismissive. People need access to their money, all the agitation from the teller in the front with the long faux locs and the MANager with the grey blonde hair was not needed. Nobody forced you to come into work. Anyways, save your time and go to the Chase in presidential circle in hollywood, much better service! They actually fixed the problem that Chase on sheridan said couldnt be solved!

worst bank ever!CHASE discriminates against low income accounts. they mess with our balance by reorganizing charges, allowing business to charge whenever they want and not in the same day! they mess with people that live on a budget.i went to sleep with less than 8$ and woke up with 32$ how does that happen?another time i went to sleep with 50$ and woke up in the negative without using my card at all.CHASE BANK IS A SCAM!they do not care about their low income clientele but will greedily take our moneyskkkumbags

I made an appointment online for a meeting for a simple matter. Entered the branch ten minutes early, no greeting, no sign in. Waited till meeting time, nothing. Asked teller for person I was to meet. She s not there. I could have sat there all day. I asked why she scheduled a meeting. Was told "things happen in life, let me see who you can meet." New lady approached and I told her same story. I said I don't need a rude teller to help me, I need to meet with someone. She said "it'll be just a few minutes dear". I said Im not your dear, I m a customer, I will wait five minutes then leave. Been a customer for 20+years. She said "Ok, Mr. Customer ". I told them Im out, too many other banks. Complained to corporate and am in the process of moving to another bank.

This is my go to Chase Bank. I wish I had another location closer to me, zip code 33312. Lately the lines are always long, and there’s even people by the drive through asking for money ? this week there was a woman with 2 small children at the drive through, yelling at the cars asking for money. It was raining! So sad to see those kids under the rain. The bank’s security guard shouldn’t allow people to stand by the drive through, near the cars asking for money.

The Bank manager runs a well oiled machine .He is beyond friendly and so are the people that work with him. Keep up the good work.
