The guard will ask what you are at Bank and will let the banker know what you are in for. Depending on what your needs are they will tell you, you need an appointment. If it’s for service automatically refer you to the 1 800 number but to apply for a line of credit no appointment need. I guess I should not be surprised.The tellers are friendly and willing to help.

Tried to open a business bank account and there was not personal to open it.. what a shame of branch.

The ATM outside does not work, there are 2 and only 1 works and the ATM in front of the bank, the door will not open with the card or the cell phone, it is 6:20 in the afternoon, a shame, I would not recommend this bank 4223 Hollywood Blvd FL

I'm not sure why people have put less stars but I had a great experience in this location. I needed a letter and right away David Martinez (teller) did it and printed it for me. He had great customer service. While other banks asking for this same letter they are taking 20 business days to send it to me.
