“i am a presidents club member, and i have to say that not even airports have these type of costumer service, i give them a 10 out 10, every two weeks i rent from here, and i get surprise, jose is by the way the best manager there, zara and kari are such sweet hearts, and the cleaner even doe he doesnt speak alot of english, he allways helps me out and get the car spotless, if i could give them more ratings i would, see ya in a week thankyou”

“I had a horrible experience yesterday with one of enterprise vehicles. It took 8 hours to be able to get another vehicle. I didn’t feel like as a customer I was put first yesterday at all. Long story short i spoke with SHANELL, the assistant manager this morning and advised her that I would be coming at 5pm, she told me what she had, and that it’ll be here when I get there.
