I don't really know who is responsible for this location but the lady working there is very rude, my dad is not getting the messages and I sent him there to get help and she was yelling that she was busy and couldn't help him although he was willing to wait! I can see other reviews complaining about her and obviously no repercussions taken!! I don't understand who is responsible for this store, with so many bad reviews (from what I see dedicated to the same person) who doesn't take action. This lady who works there is rude and doesn't help customers. My dad went this morning because he didn't receive the messages and I heard her on the phone screaming that she was busy even though my dad was waiting calmly. Horrible place

How badly the Colombian treated me. I left the store. He didn't want to believe that Boost mobile had the offer of free service for one year with the purchase of the phone. She turned her back on me and didn't want to talk to me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !! First they’re promoting no activation fees to switch over but you get inside the lady is saying a totally different thing. The plan is $50 I was charged $96. Then I contribute to just go ahead and switch and now the only thing I’m able to do is make phone calls. I can’t even send an iMessage because the data doesn’t even load. I called boost mobile customer support 3x and none of the reps knew what to do. I then went inside the store I originally did the transaction she had no idea what to do. So then I got to the point where I’m just frustrated and would rather switch to another company even though I literally just got boost mobile yesterday. I went inside the store for my refund and she said she wasn’t able to provide my refund because her internet is down even though I made a cash payment to switch. I already feel like my money was pocketed because the sign literally says no activation fees but this was a horrible experience. Please go to any other company/store besides this one.

Nice lady but she signed me up for autopay and boostmobile device protection for an extra 8 dollars a month without asking i didnt find out till my next billing cycle

The young man is very kind and very capable.
He is someone very well trained.
Unlike the previous young woman who was not very courteous and very poorly educated.

Nice store but the sales guy was kinda dismissive and didn't give us info on the new they carry or the sales that were going on. He was like very cold the way he performed his customer service

Horrible service the SIM card that I bought 1/9/2924 is not working and I when to the store to replace the SIm card and they tell me they don't have i don't believe her she didn't pay attention to me she was other time in the cell phone

Horrible customer service! She kept repeating the same thing, yet the store down the street fixed my issue in 5 minutes without the attitude.She couldn't be bothered and locked me out as sweeping the floor was more important to her than trying to provide customer service. Completly useless and made me glad to switch. Didn't even care to ask what I needed, just repeated "call customer service" after I had already called them and they informed me of needing to go into a Boost store.She was wearing an Xfinity shirt so it makes perfect sense as to why customer service was horrible.Don't bother wasting your time or gas!
