My only problem is in the deli , they did get rid of a very nasty deli person bc of so many complaints, I waited almost a year to say anything, but now they have some people with no experience, the other day I got ham and cheese and wasn't able to get the usual woman, the gut showed me a slice it was perfect thickness , but when I got it home it was shaved I can't even get 1 slice off of it , the cheese was hard to slice and I saw that she was trying but it was so thick it's almost un eatable , so next time I get someone other than this one tiny girl I wait for her

The lady working at the front by the door is a complete and total Biatchhhhh !!!!! And I do not say this lightly . Get a Costco membership instead ! Waste of time and energy here. Hope she gets fired

It’s a hit or miss here. Sometimes you get the great employees that brighten your day. Other times, the employees have an attitude as if they didn’t even work here. One thing is for sure, you’ll rarely find a flat bed cart! Staff uses them for storing inventory throughout the store instead of giving them for customer for use and for online orders! BJ’s, please get more flatbed carts! Be better like Costco or Sam’s

Waited an hour and a half went to customer service to the manager. They said they had three more refrigerators in stock. Have to wait an hour and a half. They come back in the front and they can’t find it. What a waste of time this place is so disoriented I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody people there have no idea what they’re doing or what they even have in stock.

Be aware!!! This place it’s not safe. My wife went to shopping in BJ she got Rob. We ask to check the camera sistem They didn’t want to give us information? we call the police and the police officer give us case number it doesn’t have a time to check the camera . and we need to go to the court to get the cameras system Our feeling they know who did it !! it’s very dangerous place Be careful?
They don’t have security and the employee very rude. The short on stuff
Tina the manager, she was nice and helpful, but she was very busy. She called her assistant. She was very rude. She didn’t want too help us.

Love BJ'S compared to Costco. I find Costco to be a zoo, from parking to checkout. BJ'S is much more relaxed.
