The waitresses are very nice and friendly, they should work in a place where they are treated better, the owner treats them as if she were giving them something special, she looks at the customers as if the money was not worth it, she tells the girls that without asking they put the hour at the pool table, the food took a thousand hours, I asked for garlic and they brought it cold. The cocktails are pure water. If you want to have a good time, don't go to this place unless the owner changes.

You will need a Google translator, because the waitresses do not speak English only Spanish. The drinks were good and we enjoyed our time on the pool table until a guy came and added drinks to our bill and left. Thank goodness the customers sitting at the bar translated to her what he did and corrected our bill.

I’m rating this place 1 star due to me coming here several times. The last time I was here I had a good time I won’t deny that because I came here with a friend it was a blast.
What I dint like was the service I paid for a strawberry daicari I don’t know the name well but it’s a drink that’s similar to a frappe the cost is 12$ I have no problem with the price, but, the drink had large chunks of ice in it….. also if there’s liquors added to it I guess it’s less due to the ice I don’t really know that, but come one large chunks of ice a very small amount of the drink….
The other thing the girl playing pool with the customer is way cool to be honest, but…… She barely spoke and interacted and added a 5$ tip to herself…. She was playing pool with other people the whole time and I had to go up to her or wait until it was a good quoe to go up to her it feels rather rude to interrupt a conversation and I had to go to the bar several times to ask for what I wanted.
Lastly they add a 15$ tip for all the servers without me saying so, ok, if that’s so I understand these are the rules but the service was rather sloppy these girls are not the priority here I am because I’m the customer I should be able to give whatever tip I want depending on the service that should be earned not expected of…. I dint even speak to all of them and I’m paying for a tip for all of them? Again I understand if these are the rules but it my money I earned it and I should have a say on what I’m tipping depending of how they served.
Tip total: 5$ for the service + 15$ for everyone of the = 20$ in only tips
It’s a good habit to see the receipt of what your paying for before paying you don’t want to pay for someone else’s drink by mistake or pay something you don’t get….
The food I can’t say I dint eat here the environment was good it’s only the service. I’m not coming here for anyone rather than myself.

We went with some friends (10) to watch the Copa América final. At the entrance they charged $20 dollars each.... The day before they said it was $10.00... Then we had to consume 4 bottles of liquor and they taste like each bottle??? $180.00 dollars...and to top it off, $165.00 dollars for the waitresses who never showed up to see what we needed, it was our turn to go to the bar for ice. DISASTROUS, BAD SERVICE, A THEFT, ?, ASSAULT... they abuse our desire to make homeland and share with our people..

The worst service, I went to watch the game and the waitresses took about 30 minutes to serve, all of them making a bad face. I don't recommend it.

The worst service I have ever received!!!
Firstly, our waitress took about 15 minutes to go to our table (and that was because we called her) then she brought us what we asked for and she forgot an empanada (she brought us 3 when we ordered 4), we made the complaint and then That's why we didn't see her again after 48 minutes!!!! And we were the only month that had ordered a bottle and everything... not that it's relevant but we were consuming super well and therefore I expect good service, not the best but at least decent... in the end they even charged us for the empanada that never arrived and They tried to fix things by giving us an empanada (that is, the one they charged us for ?)
I won't go again, really terrible service!!!
On top of that, they charged us an extra $50 on my boyfriend's bank account!!!
We called countless times to ask them to give us a reason for what those extra 50 dollars were and for them to send us an email with the payment receipt and they never did!!! They stole 50 dollars from us apart from the bad service they gave us. Never go to that place again, everything is theft!

We went to see the Colombia game and they were not even prepared to put it on with the original sound. It's sad that such a well-known restaurant loses its clientele, people who go with everything to have a pleasant time and find bad sound and organization in a game. of the Copa América so important to those who would experience the same thing, total disappointment
