Went to this place for a battery replacement. I was approached by the manager, a young woman, who lacks basic customer service skills. When she checked on their computer system about my car, she responded, they can't do anything to help me because I need to bring my car to the dealership or mechanic with computer equipment to get and replace the battery. Went back to my car tried to start it, battery out, went back to the store and asked for help with a battery jumper, but the guy who was helping with the battery jumper, can't even connect the cables properly, can't started my car. Needed to call a friend to help me out, my 2020 passat came with factory jumpers cables, I connected the jumpers to my friend's car, wait about 2 minutes and it started like nothing happens. My friend told me, he have a friend who works for the same auto parts company in Homestead, 35 miles far from this location. I told him I need to resolve it no matter what. At arrival, his friend greets us and proceed to explain about their system notes regarding battery installations on VW Passat's but mentioned he can sell me the battery I need but he can't installed based on company policies. My friend helped me with the installation of the new battery. When started the car, all the warning lights in the dashboard lit up. That is why they have warning notes about it but the information THEY DON'T HAVE is as soon you started driving the car, the car computer start doing a check on ALL THE SYSTEM and SHUT OFF all the warning lights if everything checked out correctly. It only took less than 5 miles to check the system and shut the lights off. There was no damaged to my car. I was really happy with the help provided but annoyed about the fact that I needed to drove to a far location to resolve it. POOR SERVICE AND FOR THEM A LOST IN SALES. BTW, I didn't purchase a low cost battery, I paid $300 for the battery.

Donald the Assistant Manager is awesome! I went in not knowing what tail light I needed. He went out to my car with me and even installed it. When I was in line, he was praising his team and really creates a positive culture there I can see! He is a great leader! I will always come to this O’Reily now by the experience I had today. Thanks Donald!!!

The lady in the front doesn't know anything about parts. Same exact manufacturer different box for retailers. I asked for a price match of $3 she didn't want to match NAPA. I drove down to NAPA and told them about it. They not only was cheaper by $3 they even gave me an extra 10% of a $60 part. Go down 1 mile to NAPA. The guys there knows what they are doing

I bought some fuses and they gave me the wrong ones, i went back to return them and i asked the attendant by the name of KASH if they could help me put the fuses in my lights ,like they do at autozone, and he was rude and nasty,telling me that they don't do that there, because they don't pay enough and that wasn't his job.

Jef was there working alone, but still so nice. He was helping customers, ringing people up, having to answer the phones. Then was able to change my car battery. Very nice guy. Worth waiting and chaos.

I bought an SSB 65PLT battery on 07/03/2021 for $286.86. The battery is under a 3-year warranty. The battery failed and I had to pay $50.00 for a jump. I took the battery back to O'Reilly's and they tested the battery and deemed it good and refused to replace it. Two weeks later, the battery failed again and I had to get a jump.I had the alternator and voltage regulator checked at the Ford dealer and both passed testing.When I attempted to get a replacement battery today, the store clerk refused to replace it.It is quite clear that O'Reilly Auto Parts does not honor warranties. I believe O'Reilley is selling defective batteries and refusing to honor the warranty. The store clerks were disrespectful and condescending. I would never buy anything from O'Reilly Auto Parts. Avoid O'Reilly Auto Parts!
