Today I spoke to Dana with questions about my policy, and even though I was all over the place like a tornado, she was patient and helpful. She was quick in responding, quick like in seconds, she emailed the form to me while we were chatting and emailed the link I needed as well. I have been with them now for almost two years, and they were the cheapest of the companies I contacted, including progressive and Geico. If you are looking for insurance and customer service, make a call to them first!
