I am angry and upset with how the agents at this bank treated my wife.This place has gone downhill over 15 years. My wife went to get some things from our safety deposit box. First and foremost, they used to have a fingerprint scanner that would allow customers with boxes to get into their box without waiting for the staff. Now that is gone due to their incompetence. So you have to wait for the front CS agent to let you in after verification. Now, they let you in follow you to your box and then tell you to ring the bell when you are done. My wife goes to put the box in and there was a fat, sloppy, rude, obnoxious hispanic male staff person trying to correct her about the protocol. Well frankly, there are 2 different stories for 2 different employees. Get your single protocol CORRECT and then make sure that train your staff on a single protocol. Is it ring the bell when you are ready to leave, or ring the bell when you are ready to put your box back. And then this rude and obnoxious guy trying to cover up the blatant disconnect in their SOPs, then says to my wife "well it is important to let us know because there are other customers boxes in the vault." HELLO - you have to have a KEY to open the boxes.Why are you trying to criminalize my wife!!!! We have been patrons of this bank via that box for over 15 years. There is absolutely no way to get in there unless you blow the lock. Come on. Get real. Be respectful and try to be friendly and get your SOP correct!In addition to the blatant and absolute disrespect shown by this fat, rude, sloppy, obnoxious hispanic male staffer, his insistence to be hanging around while my wife is finishing up was creepy and borderline predatory. IF ANYBODY WAS CRIMINALIZING THEIR ACTION, IT WAS THIS FAT HISPANIC MALE STAFFER!!!!I don't know what to say, I would love to get a new box at another branch, but they are all occupied and are on waiting list. I hate the branch and outside of this safety deposit box, we never go to this branch.

It's almost the same at every BofA, two ladies at the door greeting the people, asking if they deposit cash or check and only one teller behind the counter and a dozen customers grinding their teeth waiting.

I wish I can give zero stars after 7+ years of being a customer with a good business balance they didn’t do notary for me and my wife on the paper which they did so many times in Maryland and New York branches I definitely close the accounts and move it somewhere else don’t even bother to get help from this branch.

Great, polite service when I was there. Two tellers, line of 4. I was able to make a wire transfer with good help from Stephanie G. Many post bad reviews after 1 bad experience. Few post after good ones. Remember that.

Couldn't ask for a better bank always taken care of promptly and it's service with a smile. I also enjoy the ATM machine that is always working and the fast short lines. This bank is at the corner so it's easy Acess . It not far from the strip mall that has Ross ,Marshal and home goods.

I've been in the Miramar area for about a year already and have only used this location for the ATM. Today I had to go inside the branch because my debit card expired and I was VERY dissatisfied. There's no drive-through teller and there's only one person working the ENTIRE branch. This one person must be the owner of this branch since they are working SO HARD to keep it open and running or this one person gets paid VERY WELL to do it all.

Just like all the other reviews ( that don't seem to help). This place only has one teller with a line out the door. This seems to be the norm at many BOA locations. Bad service and bad treatment of your account holders

I come here everyday and there is always one lady at the register and a long line of people waiting to deposit. OPEN UP THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. I always see other employees walking around not helping.

With the line that is always forming here they should open their drive thru again. I drive to farther locations that offer just for that service.

They only have one teller every day. Lines super long. Never go to this branch.

One of the worst banks ever, no drive thru, only 1 teller have been waiting in line for more then 40 minutes to make a deposit. Avoid this bank if possible!

Agree with all negative users on here!!!! Only 1 teller assisting 10 people in line and 3 other employees in offices doing nothing.

The worse experience I ever had at any bank of America. Staff are slow and are not cross trained to do more than one function. Huge lines and most staff are standing up doing nothing, in fact it takes three employees to check people in while the queues pile up. Go to a different bank unless you feel to wait two hours.
