The Drive Thru ATM in the same line as the drop box does not work. Waited in line for nothing, had to exit that lane and then drive back around to join lane 2 to completey transaction! You can do better that this BOA! Let's get these machines up and running. You removed the human side from your Drive Thru experience already so the least you can do it keep the mechanicals in working conditions. ????

Not sure why this place has 2 stars because Mercedes Was Amazing Excellent Customer Service went over and beyond to help me she was very professional:) greatly appreciated will definitely ask for her next time at this location

Open my first bank account here. They accept walk in and lissette was very helpful explaining everything and answers all my question and show me the rope! 5 stars! Thank you VERY much. Highly satisfy!

The worst treatment of my life, the employees do not help you at all. there is excessive line. They have no empathy, they provide lousy customer service. In my 6 years with this company, it could be said that it is the worst service I have received. thanks , that's why I'm leaving this bank

Worst customer service!!! Rodolfo will not greet you at the door but very rude way ask you personal questions in the lobby so everyone can hear. I don’t think he likes his job! I understand people might have a bad day but when I’m not the only one mentioning about Rodolfo then something needs to change. If you want to keep your customers Bank of America then you have to train them properly. McDonalds are more quiet about your order than Rodolfo asking your personal questions.

Zero customer service experience by the supervisor who came to greet us at the door.. did not take the time to ask the right questions when wanting to open a new bank account there for lost a upcoming customer. Even though I have a business account I wanted to open a individual account but he failed to ask and be cordial, or even half decent all because he seemed to be in a rush. Only 2 people were waiting in their lobby ahead of me.Rodolfo do better next time if you have any other time.Yesenia keep doing a great job at greeting and responding. Sad that you weren’t able to assist me that day, I would’ve had a better outcome.

ZERO security in this tiny little branch. Not to mention everyone standing in line behind you can see what ever type of business you are transacting with the teller. It's only a matter of time before some gets robbed or shot in the parking lot.

The worst service ever . Customer service ? None . Credit or open accounts ? None . They make you appointment and employees don’t show up . So if you want to come please have 3 or 4 hours to do a transaction. Do yourself a favor. Find another Brach.

This may be my worst experience at any bank. Waited 20 minutes for someone to check me in at the front. I had to walk into one of the cubicle for assistance. An elderly lady was waiting on her legs even longer. Only 1 banker available!

Terrible!! Made an appointment for 10:30am, literally stood in the front of the kiosk where you check in for 37 minutes without anyone greeting me. At 11:24am someone finally come to the kiosk log into the computer but still didn’t greet me until I approached her and told him that I had an appointment. He looked at me and said to me: look around we are packed. I asked if someone would help since I had an appointment and he replied: like I said, jus look around we are super busy but still didn’t answer my question nor told me what to do next.

Worse service ever . Not enough workers . I barley get enough time to do anything cause I work and have babies . They wanted me to make an appointment for another day. It was just to change my name I was there 50 mins before closing.

Bank of America is the SLOWEST bank!!! Every time I have to go to make a business deposit it takes at least 30-45 minutes just to do any transaction. Very few have drive thru services anymore. And it's not just this location. I will say this, the customer service representatives have been professionally polite to work with.Please do better Bank of America.
