Terrible Terrible Terrible Avoid this Branch and Business Representative at all Costs - I met with Rouba Zahran, Business Rep -
In my 38 years of Banking as a Business Owner I have never met an individual in Banking so incompetent and so dismissive as to my concerns and needs as this woman--her behavior was not simply limited to incompetence, I would without hesitation call her behavior intentional and dangerous to any Business.
Any Business Owner should immediately avoid Rouba Zahran at all costs. After spending 7 hours at this branch she left me with a complete and utter disaster. I came in with a detailed written explaination of my situation and specific needs including specific advice provided to me by Bank of America Customer Service Supervisors--which she refused to review and completely dismissed.
Formal written complaints are being drafted for Submission to Bank of America
The response from this so called owner are pathetic--you can see this is nothing more than a form response as it is verbatim the same language used in other responses to other livid customers--This Owner or Manager has my phone number and decided against making the effort to contact me personally--it is clear that this is an issue across the board that is accepted by management-

the worse branch!!!!

they open very late and every time i come in there no matter what is it for there is a big line and only 4 people working in the entire bank.

This is the worst bank of america branch, i been there yesterday to notarized one document (only one page) and the guy said i need an appointment (are you kidding me). Like six months ago the same guy put another excuse, at least the notary guy he don't want to work (or help you), really disappointed

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews at this place. I've been in here several times and have always had a good experience. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend ask help from Santiago. He goes the extra mile for his clients and does what he can to help. Definitely recommend this bank of america branch.

Expect to wait 45 mins for a simple transaction, 1 or 2 tellers 25 customers and 5 managers standing around doing nothing.

I have been a customer of this branch for more than 15 years and I can say this is a good one, good customer services, Josue is amazing and very attentive and the rest of the staff too, Im always pleased with this bank, don’t understand the bad reviews
