Today I had to rush to the bank because of a problem I was having with a wire transfer. I was on the phone for over 4 hours and in desperate need to reach a soulution. I would like to thank Ms. Ashley Rainville for personally attending to me. She went above and beyond to not only attend to my concern but she spoke with multiple BOA reps over the phone to make sure my matter was attended to. She also attended to the problems of others while patiently taking care of my concerns. When you are with a bank over 10+ years and used to reps telling you this is something that is 'not in their department' it is a breathe of fresh air to finally interact with a rep who takes their time to show concern with your personal matters. Thank you tremendously Ashley!

Convenient location with plenty of parking.Everyone nice and helpful. Also I get my papers notarized here often.Been a customer of BofA for a while, no issues, happy customer :)Update: had some questions, was turned away.

Worst possible bank, if it's possible to put negative 5 stars, I would! Management is completely incompetent. Block my wife card at the gas station. Nobody answered the phone at 10 pm she was empty on the gas with 2 month old baby has to walk on hans fr 4 miles! Bank of america you are piece of garbage wish you go bankrupt

I had money taken out of my account after one of the bank associates assured me all beneficiaries was taken out. She literally laughed when I confronted her. BofA assumed no responsibility.

Before going to this branch I did call the BOA customer service and asked them if the bank does notarization of documents and the agent asked me what documents. I told them it’s my ID copies that needs to be notarized and they said as long as you’re a customer with BOA they will do it. I visited the branch and I was denied outright by Dhanni to notarize my ID copy documents. I’m not surprised WHY this place has so many negative reviews.

I strongly recommend staying away from bank of America. They took multiple payments from my checking account for a charge I had previously paid. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the funds back into my account. I didn't authorize them to take out the money that they fraudulently took out. They also said that I disputed a transaction on my Cash back card which I never did. They made so many mistakes on my account until I finally just got fed up and cancelled both credit cards I had with them. Very incompetent, rude unprofessional people. In addition, after I cancelled both accounts and asked to have all of my contact information wiped from their system, they still continue to Mail information that I have been rejecting and having the Post office return the unwanted marketing garbage back to the address it came from. Bank of America is the absolute worst bank you can do business with. The managers are useless. There is no wonder they are constantly being fined for taking money out of customers accounts fraudulently. No ethics or integrity at all. I hope they are fined even more for the way they try to take advantage of customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

I should've read some reviews before coming to this branch. The people here seem totally dis-interested in providing services to their customers. I've been a Bank Of America customer for 15 years. What a joke.

Don't ever use this bank ! That's the minimum I can say to help you . Bunch of incompetent people that hang the phone on you , give you wrong information, hours on the phone and chats and then they close my account because of there incompetent! Now as a result my credit score went down 60 points . Will never use them again for anything!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Super accommodating and helpful. They assisted with opening 2 accounts under 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon right before close!

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them. They turned me away twice, despite providing all the required documents as listed on their website. It's evident that even their employees are unaware of their own website's information. In contrast, Chase Bank provided a seamless experience and opened an account for me in just 40 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable institution.
