Let me start off by saying , I am a mother with a 5 month old who was looking for a towel or blanket to warm him up after we got out of the water since our towels were in the sand and I did not want him to put the sand in his mouth. I looked around the store when a tall blonde told me I need to go very aggressively. Mind you, as you can read the location … Hollywood… BEACH. She was very rude and I was explaining to her that I am just looking for a towel for my son . She didn’t care to listen , all she was worried about was kicking me out the store for again sand on my feet at the beach. This is no way to treat a customer especially one who supports small businesses. I went a couple stores down with the same sand on my feet and was greeted with excellent customer service. It is absolutely disgusting to treat paying customers like this . When it comes to my child I would’ve bought an $80 towel just to warn him up. I would not recommend this place to a single person! If you read the comments it seems to be a routine. Or maybe she was discriminating me.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The owner of the store who looks like a masculine blonde was extremely rude when my daughter came in the store looking to purchase a blanket for her 5 month old son cause he was cold. She told her to get out of the store cause she “had sand on her feet”. Does she not realize she has a shop on the beach and if she doesn’t want sand in her store, she shouldn’t be on the beach! She was extremely rude and that’s no way to treat customers!

If I could give this place no stars I would. My aunt was visiting from Brazil and wanted to go in the store after a beach day. My aunt stepped one foot into the store and the lady came running to the front and told her that she needed to leave because she couldn’t be in the store with wet clothes and sand on her. Let me remind you, this business is ON THE BEACH. No sign saying you can’t enter with sand or damp on you (it’s funny actually). She stood there until we walked out and forced us out. As a small business owner I can understand the liability, but the delivery was passive aggressive. My aunt even mentioned us going to the store after we dried up and I said absolutely not. I won’t be going back… lacking customer service.

We went into Aqua Shop to purchase aloe vera, and were asked to leave as soon as we walked in the door since our son was in an umbrella stroller. The employee said there isn’t room in the store for the stroller although there was plenty of walking space and no other customers in the store at the time. By the looks of other reviews, this store needs to work on their customer service. No other stores or restaurants along the Broadwalk had a problem with our umbrella stroller.

Avoid at all cost. The short skinny blonde girl needs to work on her customer service skills shes clueless. I walked in here on a friday night at 9:55 and she said they were closed. My oldest daughter daid we didnt need to shop around she wanted a bathing suit they had. Still denied us entry. I asked what time does she close. She said 10 o'clock. We both looked at our watches and i laughed. She didnt think it was funny. Fast forward to Saturday i return with my wife and girls around 9:45pm the same blonde girl denied us entry again. Smh. We took off and went to a nearby store steps away at margaritaville and had a great time and customer service was excellent and everything was of better quality and the prices weren't inflated like the aqua sh*t shop. Get rid of that short skinny lanky blonde girl her customer service skills suck just like her tatts LMAO.

I got a really pretty black beaded w pearl necklace. Store has some cute stuff! The service I had was nice (not rude like previous reviews stated). They were open early on Saturday, at 8am. I was doing my run on boardwalk and decided to pop in after I was done w my run.

I bought this outfit here and I absolutely love it, it's a gorgeous outfit. Service in the shop was good. The reason that I can only give three stars is because of the price. This outfit was WAY over priced. $133.00. As you can see by my other reviews I have been to and shop at Fort Myers beach, Naples beach, Melbourne beach, Cocoa beach, Vero beach, Pompano beach, and St Augustine. I have bought clothing and souvenirs from all of these places. I have never ever paid this much before. I really like the outfit so I got it. Compared to all those other places and comparable quality and style outfits that I've bought, this outfit should be at the very most $80 for the set. Won't shop here again when I can spend a day up the coast and get two or three outfits for the price of this one. But on a positive note the store was nice and well kept. My outfit is a good quality and I do really like it a lot.

Went there yesterday with my friend and they have really cute clothes and the woman was very nice. it was unfortunate they didnt have the top i wanted in my size, but other than that it was a nice experience. :)

I stumbled on this little beachwear shop during our weekend stay in Hollywood. They have the cutest outfits there! Well made and the jewelry is unique in a good way! I feel they are a little pricey however I was in Hollywood for 3 days and went back multiple times to buy more lol!

Went in wanting to spend $$$. The ladies were very nasty. First following us around; everything we touched they immediately came behind and straightened it up. Like our hands were dirty. My friend literally was going to spend a huge amount of money. But they said because she was sweaty she couldn't try anything on. They literally lost a sale because of their attitude and prejudices. Don't shop here!

Very disappointed in their customer service. The ladies in the shop were rude. Told my friend after she had picked out 5-6:outfits that cost $$$$, she could not try them on because she was sweating. First of all, its Florida. Second, no a/c. Third we should have been told before or while we spent our time looking at their overpriced merchandise.

I went into to shop today and it was the worse experience ever. I spend 30 minutes gathering at least $500 worth of clothes to try on. I had planned on dropping a pretty penny in this store. When I asked to try the items on the snooty girl who never once smiled told me I could not try in the clothes because I was sweating . Ok now.. let he remind you this is in FL. I wasn't sweating when I went into the shop but there was NO AC! The first thing I noticed was how humid and hot it was in this small boutique. They said " Well if you weren't sweating so much you could try them on" I gave the tall girl who clearly didn't like me from the time I entered the store the clothes back. Never EVER shop in the rude and nasty place .
