Dr Bob has been our Vet for over 20 years .Compassionate, knowledgable , and an outstanding Vet .Always puts you at ease along with his amazing staff. From Donna at the front desk .To all the behind the scenes staff.
I just two weeks ago had to take my beloved Dachshund Duddy to be put to sleep He had been with Bob since we rescued him 14 years ago .The care and the compassion was totally beyond .I would not have let anyone else do that for him .JUST OUTSTANDING .

Dr. Bob and his staff were incredibly helpful and attentive with our tortoises. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and we felt confident and satisfied with the care our pets received.

I was recommended to this veterinarian but I don't know why. My dog was healthy and all he needed was a rabies shot to travel. The nurses were nice and attentive but Robert Schachner was completely the opposite calling my dog on bad behavior when he was manhandling him and had no need to put a muzzle on him when his own nurses went about his testing with no issue with my dog prior to the doctor seeing him. He judged me for not neutering my dog and stating he would get prostate issues at 5 to 7 years because of it, as if it was a given, which was not asked or needed of him. He did more services that only got him more money out of the appointment and I did not feel that he cared about my dog or I at all. He left without giving my dog's results and hid to talk bad about me while sending a nurse to give me the results without any closure. Very unprofessional and overall bad experience for my dog and I. I only came here because I needed a vet's health certificate but I don't even trust his approval. If you need a good vet go to Ives Dairy Animal Clinic.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding veterinary team in our neighborhood. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with warmth and care that immediately puts you at ease. Every visit with them was always a positive experience. Our dog absolutely loved going there—he would get so excited as soon as we pulled up. Sadly, when he passed, their compassion didn't stop. They sent us a beautiful and thoughtful card with his paw in ink that meant the world to us during such a difficult time. Their kindness and dedication go beyond words, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care they showed both our dog and our family. We also now have his paw in ceramic done by them. What a team???

We brought three rescue guinea pigs here to be neutered. All the staff were wonderful and helpful. Dr. Bob was very knowledgeable. He is the best exotic vet we've found in South Florida. Thank you for all your help!

Dr.Bob and his staff are amazing!
They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, skilled, helpful, and kind and they answer every question by explaining all the steps in detail. I highly recommend this clinic.

Today we went with my dog to the annual routine visit for vaccines and blood draw.
Unfortunately, they have a young student woman there she tried to draw blood from my dog four times and she couldn't do it. Then they called another woman who, on her first attempt, was enough.
Then we went to another room for the vaccines and they decided to cut my dog's nails again this young woman and she hurt my dog's nail and it started bleeding, neither she or the doctor robert pologized.
To finish, I went to pay for the terrible service and they charged me for medicine for the possible infection of the one they injured themselves.
When I went to tell Dr. Robert that his employee was not doing things right, he just told me not to go around the place anymore.
Terrible treatment, they do not accept criticism. Never again guys be careful if you see a skinny young girl

Great service but for some reason he always seems to be off or on vacation when I need him most. Availability is an issue but other then that great vet!

I Truly Appreciate the Care, Empathy & Professionalism given to my little Kitten "Chico" & Myself by the Vets & Entire Staff. You are ALL Angels. Thank You ALL for trying so hard to save him, And for your empathy towards me. And for your Sympathy Card. It meant ALOT! ( P.S.... Your Diagnosis was Spot On. ?... He Did ingest High Density Steel...I work with steel & at that moment I couldn't comprehend how he ate it.... But realized afterwards I must've bought home tiny particles on my Shoes from Grinding steel at work. And he must've played with my Shoelaces). ? ..(?.I'm so sorry Chico.) R.I.P..
