Anchor Insurance had no problem accepting my premium payment of $5,611.00, full payment; yet, for going on two months now I have contacted agent after agent to follow up on claims that were filed in September and October. Adjustors came out, but no one returned calls to tell me the findings of the adjusters and what the problems are so that I can get a licensed person to fix the problem. I called and was promised the paperwork would be sent to me so that I could get the problem resolved. I once again called Monday, November 26, 2018 and left a message with another agent. If she returned my call my dead mother did to. All I get from Anchor is to be transferred from one agent to another. I once had Citizens Insurance but overlooked a letter requesting to stay with the company. To my greatest regret, Citizens turned me over to Anchor. I don’t feel the security of being ANCHORED but floating in the abyss in the high sea of negligence.

So far so good ,Tammy was very welcoming and explained everything I needed to know ,and she doesn’t waste any of your time she knows how to do her job .Not only that but she has great customer service ?

The agent NEVER calls you back, nor does she explain details to you about what is going on with your insurance policy changes. Tammy I believe her name is and when you attempt to try and get her on the phone..GOOD LUCK! Only excuses of why she is not available at this "other location". BEWARE!Oh yea??? And now apparently SOMEONE is available to answer this review as "the owner" but I just called & was told that my agent had to go to the hospital & that they could only take a message. Again, no one will help you when you have questions after signing their paperwork AND paying them!!!!!!

My husband and I was looking for auto insurance that is affordable for our pockets but with great coverages so I heard about this place and wow the service that my husband and I received was wonderful. So I do advice that if you need any type of coverages and an amazing services, don't look any further this is the place for you, your family members and friends. You can email them and will get answer fast, call and don't have to wait long and if anything they will call you back before the day of the day. I do recommend them 100%. We thank you so much for our auto policy.

What a horrible claims experience with this company. They do not return any calls. They have inexperienced adjusters handling their claims. In a time of need, after paying your premiums, you need your insurance company to stand up and honor the without forcing the policyholder to seek assistance from attorneys and public adjusters. If you have a claim with Anchor, get representation right away to protect yourself.
