Worst experience I ever had since I have been taking care of my pool for 30 years. A simple job, changing a seal to repair a leak, turned into a nightmare ?. I brought in a pump in working condition. After the repair, they assured me it was tested and working. Unfortunately, that was a lie. When I informed them of the situation, they took it apart, wanted me to purchase one from them, when I refused, they placed it on the floor still in pieces to go somewhere else. The manager, Javier (I think), was rude, screaming and cursing all the way. I will never step a foot there. They are unprofessional. The customer service is awful. I would not recommend. I bought a new pump somewhere else and it is working fine.

I have been a regular customer for over 6 years. Very professional, they are always well stocked with all the parts, from Motors, Pumps. If they don't have it in stock they ask you for it and in a few days they already have it available. I am going to highlight the excellent work that "Ender Molina" does, an exceptional vendor, pleasant, he knows his work and guides you in a clear way with any questions you may have, he never gets upset if you call him more than once for the same thing, the emails He answers them as fast as he can despite all the work he has done. I think they should promote it and encourage it because workers like this are difficult to find. Greetings Mabel.
