Beware of this store! Stolen alcohol!
*Edit 2 - I went to the link provided in the response to give more information, as requested.
*Edit - Tried contacting the manager, but the phone just rings and rings.
I placed four DoorDash pickup orders for some wine. Four because they are benefits with my wife and I's credit cards. Anyways, when we went to pick up the orders, the clerk said the orders were cancelled....
When I returned home, DoorDash shows the orders complete. Support says it was completed too. I have now escalated the case, but people need to be aware.. as well as this location's manager... It looks like is STEALING alcohol orders and telling customers the orders were cancelled.
Stealing alcohol can be very problematic for a business. I have already reported on the DoorDash side, now I'll look to see how to report this on 7-11's side.

Gas pump don’t work or are half broken, when you put the clip on so it pumps by itself you can’t release it. By the time you try to fix it you end up buying more gas than you wanted. Manager when requested the workers say he will call me back. Guess what no phone call no help from 800 number it gets directed back to the local store. This has to be the worst location of having these issues. The owner does not respond or his name is not giving out. They will reply to this email with a copy and paste generic message how they strive to improve things, but they never do stay away from this location.

One of the worst gas stations in the area none of the air pumps work spent four dollars and both pumps does not work when I asked the clerk. He said it works and they never had a problem and asked me to call a number on the air pump to get a two dollar check sent. Are you kidding me if the pump is not working why not put a sign up and not get people go through the hassle and and all the hell out of everybody unfortunately I can give minus one stars here.

I do not like to leave bad feedbacks, but there is an issue with this store that must be addressed. The overall experience was subpar, with multiple instances of poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Despite its reputation, the store failed to meet my expectations in terms of product quality and cleanliness. Furthermore, the so-called assistant manager is extremely rude and dismissive towards customers. Not only did she lack basic courtesy and professionalism, but her unhelpful demeanor added to the overall negative experience. In addition, there seemed to be a lack of organization and attention to detail, with shelves left messy and items misplaced. Overall, the store's shortcomings in terms of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness were highly disappointing and require immediate attention.

Never eat here and please stop ordering door dash and Uber eats, this place is always disgusting please get a bottle of degreaser and bleach for the bathroom. This condition is not sanitary to be selling food if you’ll not cleaning and washing your hands.
