I do not like to leave bad feedbacks, but there is an issue with this store that must be addressed. The overall experience was subpar, with multiple instances of poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Despite its reputation, the store failed to meet my expectations in terms of product quality and cleanliness. Furthermore, the so-called assistant manager is extremely rude and dismissive towards customers. Not only did she lack basic courtesy and professionalism, but her unhelpful demeanor added to the overall negative experience. In addition, there seemed to be a lack of organization and attention to detail, with shelves left messy and items misplaced. Overall, the store's shortcomings in terms of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness were highly disappointing and require immediate attention.

Never eat here and please stop ordering door dash and Uber eats, this place is always disgusting please get a bottle of degreaser and bleach for the bathroom. This condition is not sanitary to be selling food if you’ll not cleaning and washing your hands.

0 stars. This location has terrible customer service, nobody knows what they are doing including the store manager himself. How are you the store manager but don’t know how to count the correct change. Kid seems a little bit slow. 7/11 hires anyone I see to run their stores. Very unprofessional.

I came in the other night employee named was Alberto he was sitting there buying scratch offs over and over and cashing them in in front of me finally he said how can I help you noticed he barely spoke English and asked him for a scratch off which ended up being a looser because he had scratched off about 3 before talking to me and cashing them in but on the flip side he gave me free gas but still wrong what he was doing

Every time I’ve come here in the morning to get coffee it’s cold, empty or there is no creamer. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s always the same thing. I drove 3 miles out of my way to another 7-11 that always has hot coffee and a good supply of creamer.

This store is not open 24 hrs. On any given day it will close at 9. It’s Sunday 5:53 pm and it’s currently closed
