I’ve always had great experiences at this 7/11. The store has been clean and the employees were usually friendly. My brothers and I casually go to this gas station at least once a week to munch on their amazing cookies. While doing so we have built a funny relationship with many of the cashiers. However, this one Thursday (04/24), my experience was completely different and extremely disappointing.
I went in with a friend and my younger brothers to grab some cookies and juice. As we were browsing the juice section, a cashier we’d never seen before— a white woman in her mid-30s — suddenly yelled at us in front of everyone (there was a line of about 7 people) shouting, “COME TO THE FRONT!” She made it seem like we had stolen something, even though we were clearly just trying to pick out what we wanted to buy. It was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. Usually, I would’ve reciprocated the same energy but considering the fact that there were a lot of people in line I decided to question WHY she was yelling and all she responded with was “YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN THERE LAUGHING FOR FAR TOO LONG”. It was MAX a minute. Even if we were there for a long time, she had no excuse to yell at us as if we are dogs and not customers.
I’ve never been treated like that at any store before, and it honestly makes me never want to return to a store that houses someone who will judge kids based off us being black or wearing a hijab (not sure which was the issue at this point). No one deserves to be publicly humiliated like that, especially when doing absolutely nothing wrong.

I come to the store every single day at least twice a day. Francisco Is probably one of the most rude obnoxious people I’ve ever ever met. The first time he ignored the fact that I was waiting in line at 8 AM. I ignored it. I figured it’s early. Maybe he’s counting his way in. Today he tells me wait for the other register so he can do lotto. It’s Sunday. Why do I need to wait for five people lottery who walked in after me? Not only that he is extremely rude. I only come here for the wonderful woman who works the mornings. If Francisco was the only one in the store I can guarantee you I would stop it. Nothing to make sure no one came here. He is that bad. Skip this gas station there’s another one a block away until they get rid of this cancer on their company

horrible owner Francisco . very rude & two employees speak straight Spanish . they couldn't help me and he approached me rude and his response was "this is my business"

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, just left their store, purchased three Slurpees for the kids. Two of which were awful, came back less than 10mins later to exchange the flavors. Lady that the register is ghetto and told my daughter “Nah, yall trying to play with me, them things more then half way gone”. Which was not true, they started melting in the time I got them home to the kids and returned. I had to walk into the store and request a manager for her to agree for their slurpees to be changed. I highly doubt $5 worth of slurpees is something I’d want a freebie of. I come to this store frequently, and see this lady all the time. So very disappointing that she has such poor customer service.

Horrible service the owner doesn't want to bother with adding fuel rewards on the Mobil Rewards Card so I put just $10 to solve my driving for the moment & put $70 in another Mobil that DOES take my rewards card.....NOT COMING BACK .... EXCELLENT WAY IN KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS...

Friendly, fast service, always fully stocked, (except on doughnuts at certain times), clean bathrooms. Owners name is Francisco and his daughter is always a pleasure to see. I been coming for over 20+ years.

I got my card cloned in this gas station and they took 300$ off my card, be careful in which pumps you insert your card in and I highly suggest either paying at the cashier or doing contactless, what a shame this is going on in our community something needs to be done.
