I was extremely impressed with the kindness and the attention paid to detail. I needed my AC checked out and that can be scary with so many bad places, but I was extremely surprised. I learned a few things and was able to ask questions. I will always return and highly recommend them to anyone for anything. My AC is like new again and no one tried to sell me anything. Many thanks.

We rented a Uhaul from here to drive to Ohio. The gentleman had everything ready for us when we got there on the morning of pickup. Very nice gentleman!!!

Went through Whitt Auto for Uhaul rental for a military move - Buddy was beyond helpful with letting us come back to pick up the car trailer the next day after packing the truck first. Gave us a bunch of advice/ tips on safe driving with a trailer and if we have any mechanical issues on our trip, who to call. Highly highly recommend, he’ll do what he can to make it easier on his customers. Thanks again for all the help!!

Had to get my A/C evacuated and recharged. I called the guys at Whitt complete auto care and they got me a taken care of within two hours despite them being busy.

Rented a uhaul trailer from them on 5/10/23, received great service from Buddy who supplied all the equipment we needed. Also gave us good advice on an alternative trailer with a ramp, which worked out much better than what we had originally reserved. Cannot comment about any repair work because I’ve never had anything done by them, but the service in renting this trailer was certainly excellent.

Rented a U-Haul. Owner suggested I take the insurance out which is something I normally do not do. I did take the insurance out and wouldn't you know it I got into an accident! Had I not taken out the insurance for $28 I think I would have been looking at a good three or four thousand dollars worth of damage..

Buddy and Jerry a.k.a. "Mr. Clean" are not only amazing at what they do, they're friendly and willing to educate and will explain to you in detail what was done, shows your your old parts, and are super fair on cost. If you're anywhere within 2 hours out from this shop (I'm an hour and a half away) and can get your vehicle there, you're in the best hands I know of in the state. Honesty and integrity coupled with service and kindness is what you'll come to expect from Whitt Automotive & Radiator.

Had a 9:00 pickup for uhaul. Gates all locked no one around tried to call and no answer at either of the numbers we found. Had to cancel our plans and reschedule.

I have been going to Buddy for the last 3 year's and have always been treated fairly. I have dropped of my truck for repairs and never had to worry about it. It would be fixed correctly. He knows to fix whatever he finds wrong.
