Aliyah at the pharmacy at the Holly Hill, FL Walgreens is AMAZING!! She helped us save over $100 on a prescription by using the Walgreens savings card. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and does an absolutely amazing job. She is a total asset to the company and deserves a raise!

When I checking out, the lady behind the counter was rude, when I asked any points, she no hateful. And the customer was behind me was pushing my cart away I haven't got my stuff the counter yet. Rude employee.

I would like to thank the manager off Walgreens hey listen up you have a manager at the store on the corner of 1600 North Nova Rd. I went in. We had a situation. It was easy getting to the manager now once I spoke with the manager the manager did what he had to do in order to take care of that situation. He did what he had to do came back to me and told me what to do. I did that everything came up positive. I can’t pronounce your last name . The first name is Jens, I’m doing this on my lady phone mine do all that stuff man well done man Walgreens need more people like you who knows how to deal with the public especially when it the right way thank Jen my Name is Bartee????????????

I used to go here on a regular basis.
I have received a vaccine here, medications, food, drinks, and supplies
But no more! $$$ Wal-Mart is right down the street. They process returns immediately.
I returned an item, and I was told it would be credited to my same card. ? THREE DAYS AGO! ?
The item was flimsy and broke on the 1st day I bought it, so I took it back. Where is my money!?

Staff was VERY helpful! Online site kept glitching and we were finally able to get our order to go through. I couldn’t find the pickup spot when I got there, so I called the store from my handicapped parking spot out front. I neglected to get the lady’s name that I spoke with and the one that brought my order out but they made a frustrating situation into a great experience. I have attached a photo so you all will know bc I didn’t. LOL! The spot is in front of the store at the end of the handicapped spots. I drove right past it looking for it!

I loved this Walgreens the employees were always so nice, super helpful when I needed to find something HOWEVER, if you have tattoos piercings dyed hair or look different in any way do not expect to get a prescription filled here. I moved to Daytona and have been working in Daytona for a year and a half now. I have a brain injury from a car accident and my doctor that I see for it is located in Orlando licensed in the state of Florida. He sent my prescription to this location, and when picking it up they refused to give me anything even non controlled prescriptions. It seemed like they had an excuse for any reason not to give it to me, told me it was under the good faith law. I spoke to my doctors they even called them to clear the air even after sending said prescription electronically. And they told my doctors they had no guarantee whom working would or wouldn’t give it to me. So it’s not only a miss-use of the good faith law as well as a very prejudicial inconsistent application of it. With all due respect I am a working professional in an industry where it is socially acceptable to have freedom in my forms of self expression. I look different not crazy. So if you don’t mind a pharmacy denying your medication for a BRAIN INJURY BECAUSE YOU WERE HIT BY A CAR this is the place for you.

Please explain how a prescription called in at 9am was not available at 4:30pm! This information was shared, very rudely, after I sat in drive thru for 45 minutes! Definitely seeking a new pharmacy because this one is beyond ridiculous with wait times and customer service.

Went for my annual flu shot and the pharmacist(Nicole) was very rude and took over 45 mins to administer shot. I eventually left due to a gut feeling. Wouldn’t recommend going there at all

Ivy in the pharmacy is so rude and judgemental to all patients. We hear talking down to everyone that comes in to get their medicine. But everybody up front is always so nice

This pharmacy would prefer patients to relapse than to provide medications ordered by a licensed doctor. The pharmacists think they are physicians and refuse prescriptions based off personal beliefs. In a state with an opioid epidemic you would think they would support patients dedicated to bettering their lives and health by taking a medication proven to prevent relapse and overdose. Shame on them.
