If I could leave 0 stars I would! After reviewing the company’s website, I called to inquire about general questions such as towing rates by the hour and also forms of payment.
I SPOKE WITH BRYAN WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AS IF I DID SOMETHING TO HIM! I REMAINED POLITE THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE CALL! I ASKED ABOUT THE RATES BY HOUR AND HE KEPT SAYING WHAT IS THE VEHICLE, WHEN I JUST ASKED FOR GENERAL INFO. ONCE I REFERRED TO THE SITE STATING THERE IS ONLY A 24 HOUR FEE BY DAY? HE SAID YES & PRICES GO UP AFTER 8AM! BUT THEY FONT OPEN UNTIL 9AM!
ALSO, I ASKED ABOUT FORM OF PAYMENT AND HE SAID CASH ONLY! I MENTIONED THE SITE STATING THAT THEU ACCEPT ZELLE, THEN HE STATED THAT THEY DO ACCEPT ZELLE. SO WHY DID HE LIE ABOUT ONLY ACCEPTING CASH??
WHILE I WAS THANKING BRYAN, HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!
I WAITED 35mins LATER AND CALLED BACK TO GET THE NAME OF HIS SUPERIOR/MANAGER & HE STATED IT WAS ARRON.
THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRON THIS PLACE! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB!!!!

This place is a scam and needs to be investigated!! Initially get on the phone and this guy Aaron already sounds like he rolled off the wrong side of the bed answers. He’s asking who towed the vehicle i’m inquiring about and I proceed to say I’m unsure then he asked again. I obviously don’t know how would I know that information that’s why I’m calling them and THEY should know that. The vehicle that was towed had parked there several times after hours with NO PROBLEM. Mind you this place has no signs stating no parking or towing. I called the police department and they said they didn’t get it towed because they don’t tow off of private property. The property didn’t call because there was no illegal parking taken place. So with that being said this company go out looking for vehicles to tow and on top of that they state they are 24 hours which is NOT TRUE! I called 10 times before I got Aaron on the phone in which has the upmost rudiest customer service (on voice recorder) ever. The SARCASM in his voice was enough to take this business down alone. Then he proceeds to fumble a number together which took approximately 10 minutes. Which was thousands of dollars! Then says that the amount will change at this very second as he’s telling me the price and that I would have to call back to get new amount WHEN IM ALREADY ON THE PHONE WITH HIM. So he proceeds to say no he can’t give me the new amount and Id have to call back.. they don’t open until 9 am but we’re in the phone an hour prior and expects me to call back when it was hard to get through the first million times. What I don’t understand is how hard is it to give me the exact amount when they ONLY ACCEPT CASH which is a SCAM so they don’t want to be traced??!! But they will be dealt with accordingly! Also, I don’t need a response from you AARON you can respond directly to my lawyer!

Had some miscommunication as I did roadside assistance with Progressive. Progressive gave me a time slot of 7am-9am and the driver was there 20 minutes early so I missed them. I think it was more-so an issue with Progressive not communicating properly. They were great about it and did come back to help me out and tow it to where it needed to be. Thank you for understanding and coming back! Still giving 5 stars as the job was completed and miscommunications can happen with stuff life that.

Left me stranded important service area didn't have right location.Sat on a bridge for hours while hazard lights almost went out.Traffic flying by me and my car nerve racking.

I parked where the hotel told me to park! Got towed! Called to find out where & how much. Was given the address and told it would be $172.50 in CASH!! And that NO receipts are given!! Sounds a bit like tax evasion!!! Anyhow showed up immediately and nobody is here!! Nobody will answer the phone! It’s been an hour and 40 min waiting outside in the heat!! He finally showed up and wanted $40 more than what I was told on the phone!! Got my car finally and they busted off my rear bumper. When I ask how he got angry and tried to bait me to come after him!!

We had a flat tire on midway blvd and after calling them Jerry was there in no time. Our son and grandson were there with their truck and Jerry helped Dad get in truck. He was so helpful and caring. If you need a tow truck this is the place to call. Even after when I did not understand things the office was amazing explaining it. I love this company and kudos to Jerry!

Needed a tow first thing in the morning and my insurance sent over volusia county tow. Riley arrived in a timely manner and managed get my car back home and put it where I needed it. Great communication and fast service is always nice when your having a rough enough day to need the tow to begin with so thanks Riley thanks volusia tow.

This Company stays in business solely by predatory Towing, Does not provide receipts at time of payment like pure scam artists....and will reply in the comments under your posts justifying the predatory behavior

would literally put zero stars if i could ?♀️?♀️ i parked my car in the handicap spot as i AM a handicap and they still towed my car, i called and they said they didn't see my handicap placard. moreover, they don't even have a sign in the complex that display their company information for example, their telephone number. i had to call 911 to find out where my car was

These people are money hungry and will literally tow your car for something that is utterly ridiculous. I have vision problems at night sometimes and I had parked on a white line just a little bit but not to the point where I was taking up an entire parking spot. I emailed a man named Ellen or Allen and he was so rude unhelpful and just money hungry. I had to explain to him that my video footage literally shows me parking correctly in my parking spot just a little bit over the white line as the parking lot was full at the time, and I had to squeeze in there. At 3am a lot of people left; he didn't care to understand.
These people don't care if you got kids they don't care if your hurting just about making money; that evil inhumane type people in the world. I be seeing people parking backwards in parking spots worse than what I did, and no one ever comes to take their car but one night I come and I parked a little bit on a white line innocently and boom, ive been a resident here for 5 years this never happened to me. I posted these photos so that people don't feel alone like you going crazy you didn't do nothing wrong unless you literally taking a whole parking spot or park backwards that makes sense you know. Nontheless, these people are evil and just trying to make money so beware and God Bless.
