“I recently posted a review about 1 experience I had, of which I am now replacing with this one. As it turns out, it was the employee who did not properly convey what the owner had said, which was what he said below; That he would swap it out and also provide a 20% off of that product if I wanted one. Today, they swapped it out as replied to below. I also am aware that store policy is no refunds on vapes that work when you try them at the store, which is thensame averywhere. I felt this instance was an exception, and the owner agreed. It turns out the product was being replaced with a better one whilenInwas there today. I am happy to say that it was just miscommunication. I'll be back for my next purchase.”

“I have been a medical marijuana patient for quite a while and I have tried most of the dispensaries in this area. I feel that Surterra Wellness is the best medical marijuana dispensary, especially if you are new to medical marijuana, or just want something specific to your medical issue.
Their tinctures are named to tell you exactly what they do (Dream, Relief, Soothe, Zen, etc) and they do exactly what they claim to do. They have the Surterra Wellness line in tincture (which I prefer), theragels, lozenges (which are good too), vapes and lotions. With this method you don’t have to try to guess what strain of flower might work best for your medical issue. I find that so helpful.
Surterra does have other things too (flower, Kief, shatter wax, rosin, edibles, prerolls), but unlike some of the other dispensaries, it doesn’t feel like a pot shop where you are going to buy your weed. When visiting the other dispensaries, I had to know the exact strain of sativa or indica that I wanted. Also, a large part of the others did not have a tincture that tasted good and that’s important to me.
Everyone at Surterra Wellness is very nice and knowledgeable if you have any questions, but the biggest thing Surterra has going for them is their product. It makes it so easy to start, or continue on your journey to pain relief with the help of medical marijuana.”

“Was here Sunday morning at 10am..the young lady at the counter was great.i wanted non nicotine vape and she steered me in the right direction..I live 2 minutes from jaguar vape but they are weird and the guy looked high..so I opted to travel 5 miles with limited parking .I have a cane because I need a hip replacement and still walked up the stairs to come here....give this girl a raise...love you guys and thank you”
“10/10 recommend! Coming from a state where real bud is sold everywhere it was kind of annoying walking into shops and only seeing delta-8 products. I went into this shop as a last resort but was pleasantly surprised! A big selection on clothes, vapes, glass, etc! A lot better quality and environment than I seen in other places. The people there were really nice too, helped me pick out stuff and surprisingly I got decently baked off the bud they had! Not what I’m used to but definitely high, more of a head high than a body high but I’m not sure if that’s due to the strain or the difference in bud”

“After making the mistake of going to the new shop in Bel Air plaza to ask a couple questions I returned to purple haze on A1A bc of the knowledge and overall personality of the owner. My advice is to never waste your time at the new smoke shop in Bel Air plaza bc they have zero knowledge and actually said I was loitering bc I hadn't bought anything yet. Ive been in customer service 25 years and this Ormond Beach, Purple Haze location is the best, bar none. Thank you all for always being so helpful and kind.”
