“This dealer was very kind, calling me the night before my expected pick up. But, he wasn't from the place I had booked to rent from. His place was 45 minutes from my house, making me have to hire someone to drive me round trip over an hour and half. This wasn't the fault of this dealer, so after calling Uhaul back and finding out they confirmed me without telling me there wasn't a rental where they booked me, in DeLeon Springs, I ended up having to spend extra time and money for the truck because I had a moving crew set for that morning. This dealer was very kind and had everything ready to go when I arrived. I won't use or recommend Uhaul ever again.”
