I dropped my Jeep off there a week ago and they didn't even get to look at it till Thursday or Friday and today is Monday I dropped it off last Monday and nobody's answering the phone or letting me know anything I do not recommend

ASK FOR CHRISTIAN! I have bought four cars in my lifetime and 3/4 times I was unsatisfied with my dealership and or the salesperson. The 4th time was different, Christian had my dream car pulled up at the front,detailed and ready to drive before my arrival at the dealership. He was professional, personable, and relatable. Buying a car is supposed to be a a GREAT experience! If you are in the market to buy, do yourself a favor and Call Christian. You will thank yourself. 10/10 experience.

If I could give them no stars I would I took it in my car for a radiator ended up needing a engine after 5 months of them playing with my car and $5,000 later I drove off needing a transmission the car had to be left did not even make it home at Firestone to be towed to the impound I will never go there nor will I refer anybody to go there they play with your time create more issues that you do not have

My car was there for 2 months biggest mistake taking my car there my Mercedes was hit while being parked there getting work done on it thousands in damages the druggy owner told me to call my insurance company also did thousands of dollars in damages to my spark plugs they were over tightened so bad it damaged the porcelain!! They never did anything that they said they did and over charged me they are lucky I didn't sue them !!! Never if you want your car still to work do not go there !!!!

For people that are new to the area and are trying to find a legit mechanic to do the job right. Avoid this place and never ask the locals do they know any mechanics around here that do the job right and is honest. I did just that when I was at Take 5 Oil in Port Orange to get an oil change they recommended me to Auto Air in Daytona and showed me they had 5 star reviews. I went there to get my AC recharged and when I left there my AC still felt warm. I go to 2 other mechanics to verify and both mechanics said everything is good you just need an AC recharge. So then I look it up on YouTube to see how the professionals do an AC recharge on YouTube and the mechanics at Auto Air did not do it the way I seen it done on YouTube. Going there was a waste of time, money, energy and effort. Later on I went to look at legit reviews myself which is what I should have done in the first place and every website showed a 3 star or lower for this company. I should have just went to Toyota. Also they do nothing for first time customers. Every place I go always have specials for first time customer or either offer a refund no questions asked if the what the customer wanted was not fixed.

I brought my Volkswagen jetta to the shop to have my fan rely done, they broke my front grill and lied and said it was brought in like that smh, im really disappointed in Gina you could have done the right thing chose not to, I will no longer use or recommend your business..

I took my Chevy Silverado pickup to Tropical to have the air conditioner compressor replaced, as it had completely seized up, snapped the drive belt and leaked oil all over the engine. They quickly confirmed the problem and replaced/repaired it within a day. I had indicated to them that I was in no hurry. The job was top notch and my air conditioning has worked flawlessly since. These people came highly recommended to me by another vendor that I use and regard highly. I now have another service shop that I feel the same about.

You won't find a better mechanic. The owner grew up in her dad's garage and brought her (YES HER) talents and honesty to her shop. She is genuine and so knowledgable with cars its amazing. Not only is she a great mechanic, but has a heart of gold as she has made so many personal trips to my moms condo as a friend/mechanic to assist. I'll send referrals her way as long as I can. No questions asked!

Had my car towed to this establishment on a Friday morning for an alternator issue and my car was not touched for hours. Next day Saturday my car was finally done at the end of the day and to my luck the ac was now blowing hot air. I had no choice but to suffer through the weekend. Monday morning brought the car back to them and I waited an entire business day to be bs around and the ac still not working. Mind you they fixed my alternator but now I have a new problem. An issue they specialize in and an issue they created. Ok I was then forced to get a rental car for two days due to the lies about the time it would be corrected. Finally Thursday(almost a week from my alternator issue) my car is now squealing and making a noise that was not present before, but now the ac is working. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TAKING YOUR CAR THERE! very unprofessional go to your dealership to fix your car it's not worth the stress and aggravation

I went to Tropical Air for a free estimate on my A/C then they came in and told me I had to pay $53 for them charging my air and installing dye to test for leaks which I did not agree to them doing but I paid anyways drove down the street air was cold then I heard rattling noise and a clunk and the hot air started blowing out drove back and they told me my compressor fell off and I need a new one and the cost will be $600. I honestly believe the loosened or broke my compressor on purpose I will never go back there or recommend this place to ANYONE‼

I would recommend them. I saw a car I liked and he did everything he could to get me in it. I love the car. Drives good and clean. Other but here pay here places just wanted to sale be the crappiest car and just take my money. So glad I went back to talk with him. Thanks again for all you did.
