“Had some miscommunication as I did roadside assistance with Progressive. Progressive gave me a time slot of 7am-9am and the driver was there 20 minutes early so I missed them. I think it was more-so an issue with Progressive not communicating properly. They were great about it and did come back to help me out and tow it to where it needed to be. Thank you for understanding and coming back! Still giving 5 stars as the job was completed and miscommunications can happen with stuff life that.”

“I recently broke down on route 95 in Florida. I live in New Jersey. Thankfully the Florida Highway Patrol directed me to Arrow. I drive a 1965 Silver Eagle Bus that was converted into an RV. It's my baby. Andy and Brett came to the rescue and treated my bus like it was their own and got me off the highway without issues. Then the office and shop took over and had me up and running much sooner that I thought would be possible. Taryn kept me up to date with what was taking place. Well I'm headed back to Florida to retrieve my baby. It's folks like Arrow that give travelers the confidence to head out on the road. Thank you to the staff at Arrow! If I ever brake down again I sure hope I'm within the reach of Arrow.”
