“Had some miscommunication as I did roadside assistance with Progressive. Progressive gave me a time slot of 7am-9am and the driver was there 20 minutes early so I missed them. I think it was more-so an issue with Progressive not communicating properly. They were great about it and did come back to help me out and tow it to where it needed to be. Thank you for understanding and coming back! Still giving 5 stars as the job was completed and miscommunications can happen with stuff life that.”
