Fast, efficient and friendly! After dealing with a *big name* auto glass place and getting the run around, delay after delay. I called Precision and Tim and the crew had my windshield replaced without any hassle at all. I will 100% use them again if I ever have auto glass needs, and I will be recommending them any chance I get. Thank y’all!

I have Ford Mustang 2019 with camera on the windshield about the service they install OEM windshield calibrate the camera. I highly recommend this company because they did fantastic job 100% professional great team all professionals clean thank you all.

Great place to get your front glass replaced if you need a replacement after a rock hits your windshield. They were able to work with us and super responsive! They made sure my window was calibrating and made sure I was happy. They also waited after hours to assist me when I was getting off work and made it happen to stay and wait until the vehicle was ready. Totally recommend this place!

I was supposed to receive a call first thing in the morning when the shop opened at 8am to schedule my appointment. I waited until 2:30pm, and finally called. Tim answered, and said he was just about to call me, and that he was just getting in his vehicle to come to my apartment. I told him not to bother, that I would drove to the shop.Tim began working on my windshield shortly after I arrived. 30 minutes later a BMW pulled in, and Tim stoped working on my car, (even though the windshild was already taken out, and the old sealent was scrapped off), and he began working on the other mans car.An hour later he completed the BMW's windshield replacement, and then went back to work on mine. He finished installing my new windshield 20 minutes after the BMW left.So, if Tim starts on your vehicle, and then tells you he needs to work on your vehicle and another vehicle at the same time. What he means is, he has a higher paying customer that he wants to take care of first.When he finished the repair, I got in my vehicle to found the dashboard filthy and black sealent streaks on my new windshield.I didn't get the name of theobese woman who works there, but she wasn't a pleasant person. She was annoyed when l asked where the bathroom was. Any question seemed like it was too much for her to handle. She was ignorant and rude. I don't recommend Precision Auto Glass. Go elsewhere.
