The chairs are very heavy which makes them good for storms. Owner was very responsive and attentive to customer service. They stand by their products and brand and will go the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied. Recommended.

Good inventory, but no customer service. Walked around but no one ever greeted us or offered to assist us, so we drove a block away and bought our patio furniture where we had the opposite experience.

Shout Out to Palm Casual Patio Furniture in Daytona Beach. I took over the base from my table and they fixed it in less than two hours at no charge. That’s what I call service. Won’t buy from anyone else.

L finally a furniture store that stands behind there products! They are very knowledgeable and a huge selection! Put our order in with Danielle, said it would be 4-8 week. She called me in less then 2 weeks that it was in! Great customer service!

I always try to shop local when possible and this place is worth it. Great products, great service, and Nobody backs up their stuff like Palm Casual. We bought a PVC set around 23 years ago. Been in the Florida sun the whole time and we still have it. We've had Palm Casual replace the slings and just yesterday experienced our first frame failure on a glider piece. They fixed it at no charge, no questions asked and had it done in hours. We also had two slings replaced at no charge because they had a certain color that just wasn't holding up. You won't find more honest people willing to go the mile for their customers. I simply wouldn't shop anywhere else for patio furniture.

We bought 2 sets of PVC club chairs about 10 years ago. They have been outdoors on the west side of the house. Florida sun is HOT!. The sets are still holding up well! Recently both foot cushions came unsewed. We took them back and they are being resented free of charge. We also just purchased 2 more sets for the back yard. The hotel-type lounges GAVE OUT! You can't go wrong. The charges are made in Orlando. Oh, you pick your own colors also. Show me some other chairs that can take the Florida sun and survive and I can sell you that swamp land at the tip of Florida! You can't go wrong!

We just bought new patio furniture from this place. We went in and found some we liked. Got prices with no sales pressure and went back a couple of days later after thinking about it and ordered a couple of chairs and a loveseat. They told us it might take 4 weeks but called a week later to set up delivery. Slight hitch in delivery. Delivered a day later than was scheduled but still in plenty of time for our weekend company. Love the cushions, love the furniture, love the store!

I would have given five stars but it took 5 1/2 months to get delivered.That being said, we love the table and chairs!The ordering process was very smooth and the salesman was helpful & knowledgeable.The delivery guy was super nice and helpful in getting it all placed where we wanted it plus he did this in a rain storm!Given putting the COVID delays in our rear view mirror you probably will give them 5 stars!I would buy from them again.
