Spoke with Joseph and he was very helpful after a bad experience in a different location store. Joseph was pleasant and friendly. He offered to do whatever he could to help with a bad phone-buying experience in a different Metro store. I would definitely recommend Joseph and this store to all Metro customers.
I would also recommend that people learn to pay their phone bills through the app on a computer or on their phones as they would save the fee charged for paying the bill in-store.

After going to the Palm Coast and Bunnell locations, I kept trying to get my issue resolved. I knew that I could get my “high security” passcode removed. It had been many years since it was set up that way. I never knew the high security passcode, and I learned to live without it. However, my phone broke. I went in to get a new phone but they said I had to go to a place called Nova 2, it’s next to Nova 3 in another city. I’m like huh? It was creepy sounding. So, I left and drove to this location and they knew exactly what to do. The gentleman’s name is Andy. Wow. Professional. I even thought he may have been the owner. I asked and he chuckled with a no. He had full support from his supervisor. They made me feel confident they would accomplish the task for me, and they did not disappoint!

Very play and helpful got a new phone did not give me the plan I asked for so they charged me more money than they should have and my bill is more than it should be every month until I get there this month to fix it not happy with them selling me a plan that they lied to me about and said they gave me a different plan

Information I was given 30 days prior when I started new services did not coincide with what I was charged both then and this payment period. And I was told the same thing-- "next month it will go down to the advertised price".

I WOULD RECOMMEND METRO/T-MOBILE. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME WITH THE METRO PEOPLE AND BOTH TIMES THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

Amazing! Had the exact model I wanted. Took so much work to set it up and transfer to my new phone! Curtious Knowledgeable staff that doesnt try to upsell you for anything. Im so happy!
