The associate that helped us sucked and acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. All I wanted was to switch my new phone over on an existing plan. It turned into a sales pitch. they wouldn’t help me if I wouldn’t buy something. I was mad, if you can’t do your job, call over someone who can or find another job.

I recommend the manager Jay as we were leaving he brought us back in and recommended us a better phone for cheaper and took his time transferring my information to my new phone

Went into the store and the owner Hazeem wanted to charge me $50 per line to talk me. Told me to pay him or figure it out online unless I’m too stupid. He ended up assaulting my 20 yr old pregnant daughter and I, and a business in his shopping center took a video of him chasing us and attacking us because he does this all the time to customers. Never go here.
