Horrible customer service. Heard they are having to rebuild staff, but frankly, bad customer service for last two years. Cannot even call them to make payment and their website and phone machines don't receive payment well at all. They promised to mail back the SD card they asked us to send from machine, but have not done so in several months. St. Augustine office was not very helpful when we reached out for ANYone to help our parent. Feel very sorry for the elderly trying to cope with customer service !

I have been waiting for a wheelchair for maybe 2 months and I'm being told they never received the Dr. Notes at this point I don't think this is very professional and I'm very discussed with my treatment

I ve been calling them at least 30 times in a week no answer and when I called to another number for complaints , the 2 different girls were rude + hung up on me . I need refills on my oxegen immediately . This company really is awful and I m taking my business elsewhere .

If I could I would give them -0.000000002 Stars! This place is a joke! Guarantee you will have to chase them down and call multiple, multiple times to get any type of equipment. No return phone calls. This is no exaggeration!!! I’ve been waiting on a piece of equipment for six months. All they do is give you excuses and never any solutions. Honestly, I have no idea how these people are staying in business. I’ve wasted too many hours of my life on these guys and accomplished nothing. I even fired my doctor for referring me to this place. Seriously, that’s how bad this experience really has been! ??

If I could give no stars I would. I had to use them for home oxygen for a short time. They took my credit card info over the phone for a deposit. Well they never filed my insurance, which would have paid. I cancelled after a month or so. I find out today that they have been charging my card for recurring services even as of 4/14/2022 even though it was cancelled in March. I cannot get anyone on the phone no matter how many times I try and how long I stay on hold. This is illegal what they are doing. I've reported to BBB and my Credit Card company

Lincare in South Daytona provided exceptional care and helping me obtain and use my CPAP. From the people who answered the phone to Thomas the respiratory therapist everyone took the time to provide me the information that I needed. A big shout out to Thomas for the skilled one on one time with the mask fitting.

Worse place ever to get equipment!!! First of all they told me my son's wheelchair and potty chair would arrive at my house BUT they sent it to the hospital. Second they sent the wrong wheelchair that we ended up having to make do. They said it was under $9 a month but my bills were over $20. When I tried to call on numerous occasions NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVER!!! I've sat on hold for about 10hrs total trying to get a live person, never did. Now they want to send me a bill with a late fee. NOT HAPPENING. If you need to rent medical equipment, DO NOT GO TO LINCARE!!! There are a lot of thrift stores to buy equipment cheap, I wish someone would've told me this sooner.

I had a great experience at Lincare. Thomas took very good care of me. He helped me pick out my supplies and showed me how everything worked. I would recommend this location to my friends.

I came in Thomas was extremely helpful even under extreme personal family situation with his father. He took his time and did not rush me , he made sure I understood and how to use my equipment, I suffer from severe sleep apnea. He understood my situation and took the time and care to help me out. Since my visit my machine broke and he was able to service it and fix the clips on the mask. I highly recommend Lincare based on the service I received from Thomas. Posting for Paul Young

They will let you die before sending your supplies! My husband has had a feeding tube for 10 days now and has lost 10 lbs due to no feeding bag received from Lincare. I have been calling for days and getting the run around. The Dr. Said if he loses more weight they will have to discontinue is radiation and chemo treatments! They also sent the wrong syringes to flush his tube so I'm forced to use the same one the hospital gave us when he had the surgery to get the port put in. I can't believe this company they are horrible!!!
