To date we are extremely satisfied with Allstate Insurance. We spent a lot of time researching and comparing companies, we not only checked rates and compared to other companies, but also reviews were high on our list of concerns.
John Penny and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and guided us through the process to coming on board as a new client. All, we can say is keep up the good work.

Very wonderful and experienced staff. I would refer standard auto risks here all the time when I worked at a nearby nonstandard company, as I knew they would receive a proper level of care from agents knowledgeable and helpful enough to explain elective coverages.

Keeps raising bill for customers that have been with them for long time. Make sure you change companies every 6 months or they’ll take advantage of you since you chose to go paperless ??

I sent him my existing policy and he looked at it and gave me the same quotes. But he didn’t look at what I was paying and gave me a quote of $5.83 cheaper a month. NICE JOB!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
