The staff was open and attentive, though service took longer when compared to competitors. My issue is the pricing, ridiculously high and I will not be returning.

Today Jose M., Robert A., and Zachery L. provided Excellent customer service. As soon as I pulled up they were all very attentive to the customers needs! They greeted me with Big smiles and welcoming faces. They replaced Halogen lamp #H11 front drivers side head light super fast! ? Very affordable. I also get my oil changes here and keep returning because the employees are professional and are eager to keep the customers happy. Thank you guys. Go to the Jiffy lube at 215 Ridgewood Ave you won't regret it! 2 ??

Vacationing in Daytona from Indiana, came in for a top off and Jose was super great, kind and checked everything. We need more people like him at Jiffy lubes! I am owner at Indiana auto, we own 17 jiffy lubes. If you ever need a job come see me in Indiana! ? thanks

While travelling, I needed my car looked at fast! They identified and fixed the issues, also gave recommendations to prevent future problems. Jiffy lube should be proud to have this team of men representing the company.
My car hasn't overheating since.

Zachery the General manager was fantastic courteous and respectful definitely a keeper and the service was 5 star.
The team Jorge and Jose did a great job!

Wednesday (4/10) I came here to get an "oil change" and I'm gonna use that term loosely here. I had to come to daytona from South Carolina and was basically doing a 24hr turn around because I just need some papers and leaving the state. Well long story short I see my oil light is on saying 10% oil life, so I swing in to J.L. cuz there wasn't a long wait. After I get pulled in I go in the office with my son and sit down while they work. Well this went strangely fast, I mean I ain't never seen an oil change this fast. So I pay and leave n think nothing of it. I get on 95 to go back to S.C. and my oil light keeps dropping lower n lower, at this point we are at 6% viscosity and I'm thinking my light is broke. Now I'm well out of Florida at this point almost out of GA when I know for a fact my truck isn't running rite, I pull into a rest area and check my oil and it's level is all the way down, I'm talking barly reading the dip stick now when u change the oil filter about a quart will go Into the filter, now what it really looks like is my old oil was put back in and then never even topped off to make it atleast look good. Now to me when I'm paying for something especially $100+ I like to be assured I'm getting what I pay for, and no I don't have an oil leak but I do know my truck like the back of my hand. Now I'm out the "oil change " money plus more money for quarts of oil to make it rite. Idk if it was because I said I was from outta town or that fact that I'm a woman but I'm past offended and I'm from daytona n lived there 30yrs so I know the shady stuff that goes on but dang. And I would have done it myself if I wasn't in a pinch and out of town. I really hope that this was just a mistake/oversight because if this what yall got going on regularly that's not very good business practice. The 2 guys working there were friendly so that was good but I blame myself cuz I didn't check and normally I would always check because I don't like having strangers under the hood of my vehicles but I was in a hurry to get on the highway so I feel like it's partly on me but at the same time going to have something like this done you shouldn't really have to go behind the tech.
