“Unique lamps and shades and repair. Also, there is a place to bring your lamp and try different shades to see proportion, shape and size. You cannot do this online! This is one of the few stores of its kind, and I hope it will remain in business.”

“We purchased flooring in August with the managers assurance that the bankruptcy issues did not effect the Holly Hill store. Once we paid for the flooring and installation we had problems getting all the materials, then we were told that their store was effected and they could not guarantee our floors would be installed. Finally floors were installed however the flooring was not adequately installed under the stove. That issue still has not been addressed. We had 5 boxes of flooring left over because they sold us more than was needed. We were authorized a refund a month ago. We still have not received the $458.50 refund that was authorized. We have the documents proving the refund was authorized. LL Flooring is now Lumber Liquidators and apparently are not honoring their previous obligations. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

UPDATE: LL Flooring did refund the $458.50 as well as money to cover the cost of installing Flooring under our stove and refrigerator that installers missed. We appreciate LL Flooring coming through for us. Thank you.”
