The absolute worst. I was forced to use this location because my dealership had no loaners for me and they have an agreement with hertz.
Terrible selection. Poor condition cars. Unhelpful and uncaring staff.
Ended up with a decrepit truck that not only beeped incessantly because the sonar is malfunctioning for the entire time I had it… it leaked oil all over my brand new driveway on my home I just finished building a week prior.
I called to tell staff and they couldn’t care less. They saiid bring the car back and they’d get me something else but considering they only had ONE 7 passenger premium SUV, I asked if they even had anything to give me and they said no.
Asked to speak with manager about a refund for the extra $ I paid to upgrade to the hunk of junk and never got a call back from either as promised.
Stay away.

The comments about this location below are true. I just got off the phone with a man by the name of Matt (who made me drive back to Hertz).This location is horrible I was also charged a large fee because Matt said I brought my rental car back with some sticky stuff on the wheel. He refused to help me and told me that if I did not like Hertz policy to find another car rental company next time. He was rude in front of customers and refused to be of any help. Read the other complaints about this location. Hertz obviously you need to remove this individual Matt from your company because he clearly is lazy refused to show me pictures of the sticky stuff he claimed was on the wheel. It’s easy to find a qualified person to replace Matt. He is a horrible representative and should be fired.

Awful. This company shouldn’t offer vehicles that aren’t available for prepayment and then not have a sufficient system to refund them or modify the reservation. I’m now on hold with corporate after being on hold with them (the local store) for over 10 minutes. I will be sticking to budget.

This location and Management is lazy. I brought my rental back clean and they charged my wife a 400.00 fee. Horrible Experience With This Location

I have to say that this is the messiest Hertz I have ever been to. The manager literally charged my card 400.00 fee because it was not vacuumed!!!! Give me a break! He should have not charged my account for a fee because he acted like the car was returned damaged. Fire that male manager who works there please.Hate Hertz

Have to review this horrible location. After being referred by BMW as my car was being repaired. When we arrived at the counter we specifically asked for a SUV after the clerk agreed. She pulled up in a beat up looking Nissan. I declined insurance but requested the fuel service. Upon returning the rental car to BMW as they agreed to taking it back to this Holly Hill location. This week I get a charge for 600.00 when I called he said that he charged my card a 400.00 fee . The manager or male at this location is the one who charged me. When I gave it to BMW the car was cleaned and unless BMW trashed the car this guy is clearly making a commission off of the 400.00 fee. Don’t go to this location!

We had an accident and State Farm had Hertz as 1 of the rentals we could use. 2 times I used Hertz in Holly Hill Fl. Both times, the staff was friendly, polite, quick,& pick up/drop off service was excellent.!! The rental cars were clean,in great working condition , very,very nice vehicle's.. impressive. I rented a brand new Toyota Corrolla mileage under 50 miles....great car....I would recommend Matt & ladies in holly hill to All, and the Hertz brand to Everyone....Great carsand service...

Our flight arrived after hours and after paying ahead for a week road bike there this morning and said they don’t have a car. What kind of customer service is this. Seems like many others with same complaint. Stay away from here.

Adding my unpleasant experience to all the others. They wouldn't accept my temporary driver's license, the perfectly legal one the DMV gives before the permanent one arrives in the mail. It was accepted by the TSA, my bank, and another rental location in the last two weeks, but apparently not good enough for Hertz Holly Hill.This after renting from them multiple times in the past few years. Left without a car and wasted $45 on car service rides.Luckily, Avis accepted my license with zero problems. Done with Hertz.

Made a reservation online with a confirmation number and they refused me a car saying they didn’t have any one way rental cars available. Had to take an Uber to Alamo car rental.
