Worst experience ever with an insurance agent.My hope in writing this review is to make sure others are not caused damage by Amanda's lack of ability to take care of her clients.My initial experience in 2019 was good. Then in 2020, I received notice from my Mortgage company that my insurance had not renewed.I contacted Amanda and after several weeks of being given the run around, she finally processed my renewal. By that time I had been without insurance for more than 45 days and had to sign a no claim document in order to reinstate my policy, back to the original effective date.So, I started the process a full month early in 2021 and followed up with phone calls and emails and finally again 45 days after it expired, I was provided the same form to indicate I had no claims and the policy, I was told, would be renewed.The mortgage company deducted the amount from my escrow account and paid the insurance in full by sending a check via FedEx that definitely tracked to her office and was received on 7/6/2021. I requested a copy of the policy multiple times and never received it, and got busy and forgot to keep bugging Amanda. Then, in November, when I had my loan rewritten, the Mortgage company requested the declaration page, and I requested it multiple time from my Amanda and finally, the mortgage company received an "Evidence of Insurance" from Amanda.Fast forward to late April, 2022, I stopped into their office and ask to speak with Amanda to make sure my renewal would happen on time this year. (by now you are probably thinking I'm crazy to have stuck around this long - even if you aren't - I am wondering about my mental state, what was I thinking). After 2 weeks and after multiple calls, I still hadn't gotten a response from Amanda and therefore I called another Great Florida agent, Calvin Seibert, who is in Port Orange to see if he could get my policy renewed somehow.Calvin quickly discovered that my policy had never been renewed in June of 2021, yet as I stated earlier Amanda had provided the Evidence of Insurance document in November of 2021, even though I didn't have insurance.Fortunately for me, I didn't have any claims, but now I have to pay a penalty for not having insurance this past year, in order to get a new policy. Additionally I've lost many hours, tracking down the money that was paid by my mortgage company out of my escrow account so that I could get it back.The good news is she didn't take the money and I am getting it back, but she certainly put me at risk for an entire year, and that is just totally uncalled for. I hope this review helps to protect others from this same nightmare, or worse.

If there was anything less than one star I would give it. I understand that my original agent has passed away recently, but honestly, I had horrible service with her also. I have left message after message with this agency and have yet to get a call back. I have been dealing directly with Security First on some issues that required quick action for a refinance. They even tried calling this agency directly and couldn't reach the agent. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
