Car had some storm damage recently from Hurricane Milton. Picked up my car today and Classic Collision did a PHENOMENAL job!! I mean the car practically looks brand new thanks to their meticulous detail!! Special thanks to Bobby as he made this entire process smooth and seamless with prompt and timely updates/communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND as they went above and beyond!!

This place is the best. The staff was friendly and addressed any concerns I had and answered all my questions. Bobbie kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and had it done on time. My tuck looks great again and you can't even tell there was ever any damage! I would definitely recommend this place!

The staff was friendly and kept me up to date every other day on the status of my vehicle. Job was done very well. I could not tell there was ever an accident. The whole process was a breeze. I recommend these folks.

I'll start that me and my husband were in a crash that wasn't our fault and travelers insurance forced us to come here. For the love of your car please don't bring it here. 2 months ago we gave them a car with only body damage and now we have a car that can't drive since all the sensors are going off and spray painted black on the inside now. The body work looks good but they oreded the wrong door 3 times and took my hole car apart multiple times for nothing. Hell they stole the logo off the back of my car. None of the employs are on the same page since each one told us something different we called. Even told my husband they didnt mess with our fule line while the paperwork they gave 2 months ago says other wise. Now I have a toll road fee to my name for a car I havent droven in 2 months. They blame us for everything that wrong with it. Please do not come here!!! Or atlest take before and after photos like we did for insurance and a lawer.

My Grandson is a student at Riddle, and far from home when he had an accident. Wayne at this location in Daytona Beach went far beyond any support my daughter expected. I cannot praise Wayne and his staff enough and we will be posting his location on the school parents forum so other out of state parents know where they can indeed get Classic service and support.

This place…
What a joke. Replaced a damaged rim with a “new” damaged one. Also, they kept our vehicle “hostage” for over a week bc insurance did not want to reimburse them for their “travel” which they charged 80$ to drive our truck to another shop for them to perform an alignment???
(We would have paid the 80$ to get the vehicle if they had communicated that that’s all they needed! We use the truck for work— it’s a hauling truck! Couldn’t work or haul for weeks bc rentals supplied by insurance won’t pull a flatbed trailer!!!)
We had to search for parts for them, the list goes on and on. No apologies from them other than from the lady at the front desk who asked him to please leave her a good review! Like what!?
Nightmare! Beware! Just read their other reviews!
