BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.....this womans intention is to steal your belongings. She is queen of the flea market, and has garage sales often. I didn't owe her money, and she locked my unit. Won't allow me to remove my belongings!

Tiffany has been an absolute pleasure to work with during the 7 years I had this storage unit containing my brother's and father's last few things after both had passed away 7-8 years ago. She has always been nothing but pleasant to me, so easy to work with, so accommodating, so flexible, so personable. I'm kind of sad that I'll no longer be working with her now that these belongings have been moved to my home in Colorado. She is a gem, as was her Forever Friends shop. Life hasn't always been very kind to her, but she has always been kind to life, and I truly wish her the very very best!

Tiffany has been so easy to work with over the 7 years that I had this storage unit at her facility. May God bless everything in her life for making my life a little bit easier.

Stay away from this place, if it is even open. These are moving brokers and they take your money without providing the service. They approve the refund and then never return my call and never sent me my money. Run as fast as you can away from this scam.

Had to dispute charge of $590 with my credit card company because Moving Forward is NOT a responsible expeditor for your relocation experience. Have tried to contact them to no avail. My credit card company Bank Of America also can not get in contact. Stay away from this company. They put you in touch with the actual movers and then sit back and watch the money roll in. Details of the move are available but too much info for this review. There is no new number given when you try to get in touch with them in Florida. Mover beware!!!! I truly hate writing bad reviews but I feel the need to warn others not to use this moving company or Edens Moving Company which was the actual company that moved my items. I used this company because my friend referred me to them without reading the reviews beforehand and wish I had done more research. I had the same experience with the price quoted going up at the time of move- paid almost $1000 more than I was originally quoted. On top of that on the day of delivery only ONE guy showed up to move all of my items up three flights of stairs. When I had asked if he had a crew coming to help he stated he loaded my items by himself so he could deliver by himself. Boxes were falling off the dolly and rolling down the stairs and the majority of my furniture came damaged to the point that I had to throw it away. Not only that but my box that had all of my expensive electronics (which I stupidly labeled) is missing. When I called customer service I was told to file a claim and the lady I spoke with said 'I don't know what you want me to do for you' she could transfer me to someone to report the terrible service I received but that he was going to tell me the same thing she did. What a waste of money! I paid to move items half way across the country only to have to buy new items anyways. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Do not use this company! I cannot emphasize this enough to you! I had no idea that a company in the USA could operate the way that Moving Forward Relocation, LLC operates. It is unbelievable that Moving Forward is allowed to offer services to the general public. Moving Forward uses deception, lies, phony stories (claiming they have semi trucks), psychological warfare against their own customers. They offer a military discount and target military members then at delivery they charge you more than the military discount. Example. Military discount was $567.88, at delivery they extorted an extra $800 from us or would not deliver our property. I apologize for the length of this post, but it is very necessary. My husband and I were moving Idaho to Florida. Andrew, a fake name, contacted my husband and claimed that Moving Forward had an empty truck coming from Boise, Idaho around our moving date of May 29, 2018 and that truck would be coming back to Daytona Beach, Florida (their company location) and the shipment would be delivered a week later. He also claimed they are a shipper and not a broker so we went with them with a binding contract of $3600 total. Deposit of $1200 - pick up $1200 - delivery $1200. Shipment was picked up on May 29, 2018 and not everything fit in the truck, because it was a Penske truck, so they just left our items. We found out, to our surprise, that they are a "moving broker"and farmed out our move to American Eagle moving and storage, Dallas, Texas. After items were picked up Andrew was nowhere to be found and his email address was invalid. Hence the fake name. Our first delivery date was supposed to be June 12, 2018 or earlier according to drivers. So I dealt with Kristina Gerepka (may be a fake name) After our shipment never arrived on June 12, 2018 or earlier. Kristina promised delivery dates on June 15, 2018, June 16, 2018, June 22, 2018, June 25, 2018, June 29, 2018, July 3, 2018, and finally July 9, 2018. She never really apologized or felt any remorse for us sleeping on a floor and camping out in our new home with nothing but two lawn chairs. The delivery actually took place on July 12, 2018. 44 days after it was picked up. The DOT requires it be delivered in 21 business days. The fake bill of lading said 30 business days. The bill of lading was very hard to read and it was printed with a gray background in very small print said 30 business days. I still believe this is not legal due to DOT regulations. But they surpassed all those days with 44 days and should not have been paid anything at delivery due to breaking laws set forth by DOT. Kristina lied over and over about shipments and made many false promises as she is in on the "mind game" that the brokers and the shipping companies collude to make their customers reach a breaking point in which they will pay any amount to the broker, Moving Forward asks them to pay while all along Moving Forward/American Eagle is breaking all kinds of laws/regulations set forth by DOT. Moving forward raised my price on a binding contract from $3600-$4400 at pick up. (extortion (also illegal) - would never not deliver unless $800 more in cash). Since we had a binding contract, by law they could only raise the price by 10% or $360. Moving forward raised the price a pick up by $800 which broke the DOT regulations once again. Moving Forward claims are items were heavier at pick up however, they did weigh the truck with another shipment scamming us out of the $800. Also the driver showed up in a rented Penske Truck with no logbook, no placards on the Penske truck with DOT # which is also required by law. The shipment showed up with many damaged items, lots of scratches and nicks, stolen items include the following; six dining chairs, one large dining table, one Samsung 65 inch curved TV Ultra HD, one Samsung 55 inch 3-D TV, upright refrigerator, and now are we find our PlayStation 4 is missing as well. TVs added to the manifest after calling Moving Forward we're never added as they said they would. After investigating Moving

Do.Not.Use.This.Company. Read the reviews on Moving.com. This was the most horrible move I have ever had. Moving Forward Relocation is a predatory business with a bait and switch sales pitch. They give a bogus quote that is immediately jacked up by 50 or 60 percent once the actual 3rd party moving contractor finally arrives to pick up your household. Moving Forward guarantees the rate but are complicit with the moving contractors. You're locked in because you paid a deposit but the movers won't load your items until you agree to (in my case) more than double the estimate over the phone. They have you over a barrel and they know it. At the very best, you'll get rude or dismissive 'customer service.' Once Moving Forward knows you're onto their scam, and are disgruntled, they will avoid your calls. I waited nearly a month for my items (they never checked with me once during that time) and paid nearly $3K more than their "price guaranteed" quote for their "four star" customer service. Save yourself time, money and a lot of stress. Take your business elsewhere.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Moving Forward Relocation is a moving broker. Being a rookie with moving companies, I did not know to ask or research this. Please DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Also, please google "Your rights and responsibilities" in moving because every company is supposed to give you a copy of it, which we did not get. I had to read all this after the fact. A broker is one who coordinates your moves; they are NOT the ones moving your stuff. They basically connect you with moving services around the country and get you connected. So, their contract, although non-binding, means NOTHING when it comes to dealing with the moving company, for which they make you sign a separate contract. The booking of the move went very smoothly and the representative was very nice. However, I later learn that she did NOT explain the contract truthfully, which the contract already has vague/ambiguous wording to let this happen. She lied and we had to pay for it. She told us that this was a great deal, which it was and I had thought it was too good to be true; I wish I listened to my gut. She based an estimate on my bare bones inventory - she said it's not important to give a detailed inventory then because they would have it all flushed out later. She said that our estimate would be final unless we had significantly more items than indicated. However, she went on to say that the number of items and the size of the items don't matter, just the weight, so an accurate inventory is not necessary. During these stressful times, even my baseline paranoia didn't save me. They required that I pay a deposit to seal the price. Then, I would have to pay 1/3 of the remaining balance 3 days before the pickup day when I update my inventory, 1/3 on pick up, and 1/3 on delivery. I called them a week before our estimated pick up date to update the inventory because I like to start things early and make sure something like what happened didn't happen. Well, they fervently said that they do not update the inventory until 3 days before. I wish I would have fought a bit harder to make this happen. Because guess what you can't do 3 days before a move? Find another way to move and not feel bad about forfeiting a significant deposit. When we updated the inventory, the price doubled. Mind you, our estimated wait was already 2 thousand pounds. We did not have that much stuff. We weren't even taking any furniture with us, and the booker told us that they overestimate the weight to compensate for the price. BS. Anyway, it went from 2,000 pounds to 4,000 pounds. Fast forward to pick-up date, the broker called and said that the moving company should be there as scheduled. The day and time came and went. I called them and they said they had no idea where they were and could not reach them. They had to find a different company to emergency pick up our stuff in 2 days. Our moving plans were ruined. When they picked up our stuff, the moving company told us that the estimate was based on space (cubic feet) rather than weight. I was not able to get ahold of the broker to confirm this and, like a dummy, I signed the updated estimate, which I later find out is a BINDING contract. Read the fine print, people. What that means is: my estimate went up almost 50% (now the price is almost tripled from the original estimate) and it's binding, so even if they weighed our stuff and it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the estimate, they wouldn't refund you the money. You just have to pay it. Oh, the best part: the broker said they estimate 4-14 business days for delivery. They don't tell you that it starts counting on the first available day for pickup. For us, we said five days after pickup because we had to travel. So 4-14 days after that date. And they could not guarantee that. Department of transportation says 21 business days before you have any grounds for delay claim. So, now it's a month later and we finally get our stuff.

Truly the worst experience ever. Do not use. The company originally gives you a specific time and date pick up but has no intention of actually coming at that time. They are polite until you put down your deposit then are rude and completely unreachable. Upon them changing the price AND pick up time I tried to simply cancel and they would not give back the deposit. They subcontracted the move to an even worse company. The mover threatened me multiple times. Moving forward made no efforts to help despite my literal begging for help.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They helped to facilitate the moving with a very short notice. The movers showed up on time, were very professional, and took great care with our household belongings. Would definitely recommend this company, and will be calling on them again the next time we need to move anything.

Your stuff will be stolen and you do not have full replacement as noted on your quote. They are very nice and helpful until they have your money, then they will not answer your calls or emails. This is not a moving company; they contract out to thieves and will offer you 60 cents per pound. Your stuff better be cheap and heavy if you use their service. Be warned. The actual moving company will show you a weight slip and say you own them double, what you were told was the most you would have to pay. I've contacted the BBB

I called to this company to help with my brother's move and they were nothing but amazing. Moving Forward Relocation guys were prompt and diligent. My past experiences with moving made me believe that this company is really great. Quotes were good and they got great customer service as well. I give this company a five star review that they deserve.
