Had my 2015 Corvette repaired after hitting a deer. All the work on the front of the car was fixed properly, but they did something to the paint on the rear of the car, hatch. it had some sun fading but not too bad. When I would hit it with spray wax it looked fine. But now, after they 'Buffed it out', it looks terrible, all white (on a red car). They told me it couldn't be fixed and I should wreck the hatch and put in another insurance claim to get it fixed. I do not want to do that. This takes away from the nice job they did on the front because when anyone looks at the car, they ask what's wrong with the back. I have to say, the car looks worse now than it did when I brought it in.

Great work on the car, with good customer service experience throughout. My only complaint is about the cleaning of the car after the repair was done. There was dust all over on the interiors of my car and a strong weird smell of metal from some cleaning agent or from the workshop I guess.
Apart from that, great work. Definitely recommend

As a person who worked in this line of work, this place is complete garbage. I had my car repaired had many quality issues, starting with clear coat runs, a buff job that looked like a third grader did it, quality control never caught the issues before picking up the car. Then my hood had chemical drips and the hood needed fixed. They insisted bird droppings were the reason. If that was true many many cars would have the issue and be lined up to have work done due to birds.
Now weeks later the front inner wheel liner that was removed during the fix came loose and ended putting two of the screws into ma tire, costing me yet again.
You’ve been warned!

My son was involved in a hit and run and progressive suggested this business and I couldn’t be more pleased ! Nick went above and beyond , the car was completed in a week and came back detailed inside and out !! This will be my go to for my car needs and will highly recommend to anyone in need !! ?

Fantastic shop all around. My vehicle was hit while I was in a store. I have never needed body work done on my car and didn’t know who to contact. The insurance co. set an appointment up with Joe Hudson’s. Everyone is amazing to work with, they completed the work as per the estimate and ahead of schedule. Kristen went above and beyond coordinating a rental for me to use, and John went out of his way to meet me on a Saturday (due to my work schedule) at Enterprise so I could drop off my rental and pick up my vehicle. The atmosphere of the office is unlike any other shop around, aesthetic and comfortable to wait in. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Zack was amazing, thorough and polite, explaining everything and working with me to keep repair costs low so that my older car would not be totaled by the insurance company. Charges were reasonable and repairs were completed in a much shorter time frame than I expected. Good communication throughout from both Zack and Kristen and a great experience all the way around. Thank you; my car looks fantastic!
