Superb customer service and all around excellent store every time I visit.
These gentlemen have helped me with everything including Florida outdoor plant care, stripping/painting outdoor furniture, rust abatement and even shoe and car repair. They go beyond the call here.
There’s always a sincere kindness in each individual I encounter working here and I like the store setup.

Save your money they change for as a premium for “customer service” and shop elsewhere. Their customer service is delivered with arrogance and hostility.

Back around the first week of June, I needed to make a key for my motorcycle but no one had the correct blank, including Ace. But an awesome man by I believe the name of Dave went incredibly out of his way and actually made a custom key by filing down the closest blank to my key. He even tried the key in my ignition to see how and where it needed more adjusting and with genuine care and determination, low and behold, it worked! Thanks Dave!

I love Madden's Ace Hardware it's family-owned it's a beautiful store in Holly Hill which is where I live so Ace is the place and they have anything you might need for your house or your barbecue grill or if you need Pest Control they sell all kinds of stuff for Pest Control Ace is just the place

Staff kind of make me feel a bit uncomfortable being there. I spend a pretty penny on fixer upper things that are hard to find. I just go to lowes now. Big shop nobody bothers me perfect. I even like going to The small plumbing shop down the street.They appreciate me being there.

Great place for quick finds. Sure beats looking for a screw at home Depot. They really go out of their eay to be helpful. I'm a customer for life.
