Lisa was amazing. We had a weird issue with my daughter's license saying it was invalid. She helped sort it out and got us insured, staying late to do it.Awesome service!

John initially helped me and was extremely disrespectful and almost caused me to change where I insure my truck. I would have left 1 star but Lisa is awesome! She helped so much! I can’t imagine a better person to do business with. Don’t understand how John is even there but I guess Lisa has a lot more patience than I do. If I ever have to talk to him again I will leave here but for now , Lisa is who I do business with and because of that I will stay.

I have had insurance for awhile with acceptance and everything was fine. On austust 4th I went to get a new vehicle but before agreeing the car I went into the office and spoke with John face to face he told me the payment would be like 330 a month for 2 cars. So I said fine being I had budgeted that plus my car payment. No sooner did I do that I get hit with a 567 amount monthly not at all what i was told. I have been fighting this with John and all he says is that he is trying to talk to someone higher to fix the issue. But then yesterday tells me the higher up said his hand was slapped and they told him to leave it alone and stay out of it. My insurance lapsed because he said he was fixing it. And to reinstate it. Would be 600 I feel I was played and lied to I told you my situation and what I could afford you told me a monthly price and as soon as i agreed it had complete changed. And now no one has answers or can fix the issue. And mind you when I went to the office I went in with my while family 4 kids one with autism one with severe asthma and a 6 month old now I'm stuck rdepending on an ambulance because there's no insurance. What could I do. Don't trust them or at least don't trust the price they tell you. Hope he can fix this and maybe get a better review. But right now I'm hurt and I feel I wasbeing taken advantage of and no one seems to know what to do.

It was only 5 stars when Katrina was there. I have called every day for a week and left voicemails as well with no call back or answer. Whoever is hired at both locations holly hill and south Daytona are the absolute worst at there job whenever I go there and they are not on the phones or doing anything for that matter and still can't answer the phone or respectfully give a call back.

Called 5 different insurance agencies to get quotes for my new car, everywhere else sent me ridiculous quotes for down payments of 575$ with payments of 360$ a month and I was ready to give up and I called acceptance and spoke with Robert and he was great and got me car insurance for a little over 100$ a month with down payment of 140$ and he never tried to sell me on a plan I didn’t need would recommend to anyone great company!!! 5 stars
