This is the worse ran place and location how do you have a 24 hour business with no public restrooms they also cannot execute delivery orders properly and or have drivers awaiting long periods of time the customer service is sad these foreigners in this location apparently think there in India where they can be rude to ppl that’s spending money , the worse location @ 100 daytona ave on mason connect with Sunoco gas

Every time there is a promotion on the 7-Eleven app (cooked food), the employee is too lazy to cook and tells me they are out.

My kid peed his pants because they lock there bathrooms at night. Makes since as there were a group of hoodlums hanging out front. There are two better gas stations less than a mile west. Would recommend thoes

One of the worst experiences possible. I asked to use the restroom and I was told by an employee to, "clinch" and that the bathrooms weren't available.The customer service is beyond the term, "garbage" and this type of treatment is beyond the treatment given to animals. It's just awful. My advice is go ANYWHERE else. Disgusting, filthy and a complete lack of respect for the customer.

Apparently doesn’t order basic items carried by every other 7-11, and gets an attitude when you ask about it. I’d also bet this rock hard taquito that none of the employees can pass a drug screen

My girlfriend and I was there trying to just get a drink my girlfriend was not feeling well when she purchased a Sprite and I've got a Powerade she took a sip of her sprite and there was no syrup she then went in to ask the worker if she could different drink and he began cursing her out and telling her no because he thought she just drank it and wanted more she only took one sip she felt disrespected got angry and threw the cup she is so disappointed in the 7-Eleven she goes there daily over a guy with glasses with a nasty attitude he is a tall black male and she would like to have him fired or written up he doesn't belong to work around customers

Doesn't always have what I like but the employees are super friendly and helpful! Also 7-Eleven tends to skip out on giving me my 7th drink for free even though I scan my app every time!

The white guy that works there, hates his job. Rude didn't want to help me about the air pump that had a error. The air pump made the air come out even more. Then he refused to help Me and give me managers number. The big black lady with the green hair was no help either. Just cause we in the hood don't mean you have to ghetto. Do better.

This 7-Eleven needs to improve in a lot of things it offers a lot of things from 7-Eleven but they never have it especially the breakfast knowing they are the one closest to the beach then she'll always have breakfast prepare they never do coffee never ready on time and customer service sucks
