Absolutely, unbelievably slow today at 10:24 am. Sat in Drive thru for over a half hour with 2 cars ahead of me. There was no activity for at least 15 minutes, and then it was another 8 minutes before someone assisted the before me. You may need more help as this is absurd.

It's a Walgreens. Same as all Walgreens but it's in Pasco county and I live in Pinellas county. Doesn't seem to be a Walgreens or CVS on every corner in Pasco county like it does in Pinellas county. Which is nice. I wonder why. Seems to be more people up here in this country. Anyway it's a Walgreens. Has a pharmacy so that's the same too.

Please interpret this rating as a 0 Star.I had an incident with Anna, the pharmacist over one of my prescriptions. I was going to write about it but I read some of the reviews. My complaints are the same as everyone else's: staff with 0 customer service skills, lacks communication skills, personalizes situations and are not problem solvers. What does stick out though, is that the pharmacy doesn't bother to respond to the many complaints. The problem may be much bigger than I thought. Perhaps it is a Walgreens corporate culture issue. All these complaints are going into a black whole. They just don't care. So, I was just wondering if the mail-in order prescription business has similar issues. Or they can actually serve as an alternative to this inept pharmacy. This pharmacy with its ridiculous hold times, hanging up, and rudeness has proven to me it can't service my medical needs. I will be going to another pharmacy probably not a Walgreens.

Ordering gift cards from here is way too complicated! Order online curbside pickup and be prepared to go in to get them after waiting forever in your car they come get you and say you have to go in!!! Why offer them online for curbside then??? Silly ??Don't say I didn't tell you

Terrible experience. I had to call twice because the first time they hung up on me without ever answering the phone. Round two, they left me on hold for over 15 min. Shameful.

Not a huge Walgreens fan, but it has good deals on occasion for photos. I got a photo poster and barely had to wait. Quick and easy.

The pharmacy will NOT answer the phone, the girl behind the counter at the pharmacy acting like she was doing me a favor to pick up some topical lotion, I can’t believe they’re in business bc I can’t imagine treating customers like this. She charged me full price for the real medication yet gave me a generic cheap brand - I feel like I just got robbed. After many attempts to get in touch by phone, she ends up hanging up on me. I used to shop there quite a bit but never again, what a let down from your local pharmacy - Cvs is right across the street. Make sure to check everything before you pay them any money.

Don't go to the pharmacy at that store. I tried to get a prescription refill, I received a text stating it was ready after 12:00. When I went to pick it up I was told they didn't have it. I called the next 2 days and they continued to place me on hold and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service

Jasmine was friendly and welcoming. Great first time experience downloading pictures. She was patient and helped us downloading. Great service all around!
