Today has made me change my review on this Walgreens on Darlington and Hwy 19 it is a day before the 4 of July and Walgreens made sure to have my medication ready a day before and called to have my Dr change the release day for my medication.... I hope that we all have a bit of patience with them they deal with alot of people ever single day.

Really caring pharmacy staff. We come here multiple times a month for one reason or another & they are consistently kind. Some of the complaints I read have nothing to do with staff or Walgreens itself - drug companies, supplies, delays, insurance issues, these are all beyond the control of local pharmacies. Please be understanding & let’s show some appreciation for these hard working people!

If I could give zero I literally would! I am currently on the phone with my insurance company who happened to catch the pharmacist in a lie. The fact I have to travel out the country and will be gone for a while, doesn't seem to matter to her . I not only had the insurance company on the phone but my doctors office as well . She lied and was caught in the lie on a recorded line with a attitude and hung up on all of us . Listen everyone isn't a damn addict . This lady needs to be fired. Seriously. Doing a grievance case with the insurance company now . SHAME ON YOU.

Pharmacy staff were efficient and pleasant. Cashier at the front was sweet and did a great job.

I wanted to thank the pharmacy at this location. I've been using them for 2 years now, they are kind and courteous and wanted to give them kudos for a great job, thank you. Great team!

Absolutely, unbelievably slow today at 10:24 am. Sat in Drive thru for over a half hour with 2 cars ahead of me. There was no activity for at least 15 minutes, and then it was another 8 minutes before someone assisted the before me. You may need more help as this is absurd.

It's a Walgreens. Same as all Walgreens but it's in Pasco county and I live in Pinellas county. Doesn't seem to be a Walgreens or CVS on every corner in Pasco county like it does in Pinellas county. Which is nice. I wonder why. Seems to be more people up here in this country. Anyway it's a Walgreens. Has a pharmacy so that's the same too.

Please interpret this rating as a 0 Star.I had an incident with Anna, the pharmacist over one of my prescriptions. I was going to write about it but I read some of the reviews. My complaints are the same as everyone else's: staff with 0 customer service skills, lacks communication skills, personalizes situations and are not problem solvers. What does stick out though, is that the pharmacy doesn't bother to respond to the many complaints. The problem may be much bigger than I thought. Perhaps it is a Walgreens corporate culture issue. All these complaints are going into a black whole. They just don't care. So, I was just wondering if the mail-in order prescription business has similar issues. Or they can actually serve as an alternative to this inept pharmacy. This pharmacy with its ridiculous hold times, hanging up, and rudeness has proven to me it can't service my medical needs. I will be going to another pharmacy probably not a Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff are the most unprofessional, unempathetic I've ever met.

I see now why they have a 2.8 should of looked it up before I sent my prescriptions over there. Always an issue.
