Seek out Crystal if you want some spot-on wine recommendations. She's amazing. She'll quickly learn your preferences and leanings and point out great wines at excellent prices. Impressive!

I went in because I had a coupon- the people working there are void of any personality, like droids that hate their existence- if i get another coupon I will pay more and go to ABC liquor where they treat you nice and act like they want to help you...

They always have exactly what I need not only that they're probably the only thing that is Open after 9:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. which is absolutely perfect for the late night crowd that forgot to get something

LOVE THIS STORE! First off, the windows are decorated like Macy's holiday windows but with bourbon/ whiskey displays. Then the inside has impressive allocated products at fair prices. You will find anything you are looking for here. Plus the staff is soooo sweeet!!

If you're looking for anything special to drink, this place likely has it. I was trying to track down a bottle of creme de Violette and not very many places carry that anymore but they did! Definitely the place to stock up for your parties!

Never shopping here again!. I ordered something to be shippedthere were several delays.. Then, when it shows it was dropped off.( Without a signature mind you). We never received the the product as no one was there.As for discussing this with Roberto. he was helpful at first. Then he became dismissive and really should have hung up the phone before his derogatory comments were heard. No refund or help after that.

The people there make you fill right at home. Great service and products at a good price this is my number one stop to shop place. Byran and denten are excellent at their jobs always ontop of it and fast. Thank you for the great service!!!

My favorite girl Jen is now employed at Universal. Best customer service ever. Great place for all your spirit needs and is super convenient!!! And!!! they are open late, which is always a plus.

This store is hands down my favorite spot to hit they have the friendliest staff around, there's alway someone available to make Recommendations and help find what you need. They always have a full stock, great prices and one of the cleanest stores I've been in around here and the fact that they stay open until 2 AM it's a blessing
