Worst service I’ve ever had at any ups in at 20 mile radius! Very bad customer service and doesn’t charge you for the right things regardless what you say!

I went there yesterday to ship a package and the man behind the counter, Conner, was remarkably helpful . I feel he was an expert at this. Very happy will definitely come again for my shipping needs

I always receive the best customer service at this store. The employee goes above and beyond to make sure the packages are sent with care. Most recently I had a package shipped for my daughter's birthday and she was impressed by how carefully everything was packed.
